big room, good service, hotel location nr to shopping mall, clean room
not easy to find the location, end of the road...
they dind't refill the coffee tea facilities once you finished
nice hotel to stay even it is at the end of road, but they do provided gold car to fetch guests to main road, all shopping mall just in walking distance, the hotel manager provided us with good advice on get cab, friendly staff... will stay at same hotel again if im visit bangkok.... the room is big and nice... no idea on food since we dind't try it...

Good reception woman even night time check-in
1. the room was connecting room, and the bottom 5cm of door is open to the other room! Needed to fill with something but still everything in the next room can be heard even cough.
2. also the connecting door's lock is poor. could not feel safe when the neighbor happens to crash into our room....
3. no free water provided. no shops around hotel, so has to buy 20b water at front desk....
Transpotation - from hotel to Pantip/Pratuman Market, has their electric tuk-tuk for free. but to hotel, need to take something like tuktuk or taxi. costs 30-40b easily one way.
Food - around the hotel, only a few makeshift stalls. for dining, should go somewhere by the tuk-tuk.
In front of hotel, at nite, one taxi waits for customer to bring gems shop on the way to destination. he never accept skipping the gem shop though he can speak english... never take that. This is notified in the elevator as well.
If you would think of this hotel for accomodation even for one nite, total cost including the transpotation does not pay off for this satisfaction. strongly suggest you to pay a few dollar more to find another one that is near skytrain etc.
Hotel Feature Tip : Should ask the clerk if the room provided is the connecting room or not. The connecting room I wrongly stayed has the space between floor and door edge. the hight of space is enough to hand laptop pc over to next room.

Had god written info about the area in brochures, in the elevator etc. Warnings about the bad things and scams in the area. Seems like they care about the customers! Nice rooms, mybee a little small. But if you want to live central and are on a budget it's perfect! God (rather soft) beds. Clean!
Travel tip : Don't take taxi outside hotel! Constant traffic jam. Walk 2 minutes to main streets and take a taxi there. Much faster!
