overall, the only good thing about the hotel is that it is located near the shopping areas like platinum mall and there are lots of shops outside. just within walking distance. However, to walk into the hotel, you have to pass through a very dark street which i felt is too dangerous for girls. The hotel looks very old with a lousy lobby. Standard rooms are too small with not much facilities and utilities.

when we reach the hotel we check in and went in to the room. it is super small. therefore we upgrade to superior room instead. we paid 500 baht per nite extra. location is bad as its outside those cargo storeroom. many thai workers are slacking outside the hotel. so its quite dangerous for girls walking in out at night. hotel is quite near to pratunam market jus 5 mins walk. and 10 mins walk to platinum mall.

Rooms are clean, if you're staying in the superior room.

The room is so nice and romantic. The price is very low in this area. You can shop around even by walking, the clothes, food, message all are nearby. If walk to BTS, you needs 10 mins. If you don't want to walk, you can take a Tuk Tuk. Next time if I go to Bangkok, I must book this room again. I did not try the food there since outside the hotel have too much snack food and good restaurants.

The room is so nice. Have both shower and bath for the deluxe room.

The lift is so "old". The surroundings of the hotel is a little dirty.

I love this hotel because it is very clean and cheap. It's not far from shopping area. It is suitable for travellers who have small budget.conclusion -> proper value for money, good location, nice staff performance, very clean room but i didn't try to eat food but I think that food in this hotel will be great because everything that I touch is perfect and excellent.

SMALL BUT GOOD, It seems to just renovate.

very near wholesale stores in pratunam. near cheap electronic products store. there are local convenient stores selling cheaper products than 7-11. always take taxi at night....not a good place to walk at night. avoid the rooms at the back of the building, you can hear the trains passing by... transfer rooms if you can...keep your toothbrush in the refigerator...i've seen some cockroaches in the middle of the night...i wonder where they come from...

"Located not so far away from Pantip Plaza or Pratunam, however since the hotel was located deep inside a Soi 15, it's a bit hard to get there if you carry a lot of bags (and when you check-out as well). The room itself is clean and nothing wrong with, pleasant to stay, if you don't mind the locals yelling and passing train horning sometimes in the backyard. The staff are very friendly and kind. I recommend this hotel to budget travelers or backpackers, or those who travel alone or two just staying in Bangkok for a day or so. "

"Well they are not kidding when they say it is not easy to find.. To put this as simply as possible the room was large Deluxe Room. It was fine for what I needed a place to put down my head before my next flight early morning... Didn't go near the the food, the photos is the same place but you wouldn't know it.. It is messy or untidy mismatch of furniture but the room was clean and spacious if not a bit old fashioned.. Not a hotel for female travelers it is down the end of a dark road... The massage facilities were not good... head for the Phetchaburi road 5 minutes walk for these... won't be going there again but it was OK for what I paid, sure. "

• Shopping Tip : "The nearby BTS is Ratchathewi (N1) station , 10 mins walking distant. Location is quite ok. It's a best guest house in BKK city, i won't say it's a hotel standard. Also it is near the wholesale market Pratuam market and Baiyoke tower.

It is good for people who want a hotel to just sleep at night and keep belongings in during the day.The price of the room is acceptable.The room can provide the necessary items. You can buy many different kinds of foods in the market near the hotel.

The staff is very nice and the room is clear enough.

The hotel is not very near to the BTS station on foot, and especially not convenient at night.

• Shopping Tip : You can go to the BTS station to visit other places, because the BTS is very convenient to travel and it is very cheap. For example, you can go Siam, Silom by BTS.
