Area, room size, pool 6.3 Good, the location, the price, the pool (but not enough chairs), free joiner Bad have to pay for wifi, breakfast couldn't be smaller, moody staff, and price of washing is really bad I pay 150 Bart in Phuket $5.. At best comfort 935 Bart $33 and they loose stuff was my most disappointing parts

This time the room stank of cigarette smoke, and sometimes there have been other minor problems, but in general it's good value for money. It looks like they've started changing the price slightly, I guess depending on whether it's a busy time, so sometimes it's better value than other times. The rooms are a little bit old, but if you want a really nice room in this area it will cost you a lot more. The rooms are comfortable and a good size.
