Value for money hotel with friendly staff

Stay was cosy. we booked two standard rooms but they upgraded us to family room with living and kitchen as we were 4 adults with 2 young kids. Only bad part was that there was single toilet and size of room was not good. Extra wood work has taken up space. But these were minor things as we had living room to sit.

More a Serviced apartment than a Hotel.
Size of room, Size of Washroom, Walk able distance from terminal 21.

Not friendly staff, With no interest in support. Even when we requested for water heater, they said they don't have. Internet is charged. And dose not work effectively.

Its not a hotel its a service apartment , no room
Location near BTS, Very Nice and Helpful Staff, Swimming pool with Steam

Its not a hotel it is a service apartment they dont have room service , very small and same breakfast everyday , The location is good 5 mins walk to Bts , pubs , resturant and shoping , Staff was very helpful and and can speak good english , ill surely stay here the next time i visit Bangkok.

Such a boring breakfast.

They should improve
1. Their breakfast because the main dish that they serve is American breakfast and one Thai food. I stay there 5 days 4 nights, I only had this. So boring !! Their breakfast should various such as Thai, Chinese cuisine.
2. They don't have free wi-fi for guest. If you want to play internet, you should buy their wi-fi package but other hotels give this free to their customer.

Well located, clean, great rooftop pool.

Clean, affordable, good pool and gym, close to Terminal 21. Great value. Morning manager is great, afternoon staff not nearly as friendly.

nice location not far from BTS

we stay at the family room, the pros is the hotel location since its in walking distance to the BTS station. the cons is this is the old hotel.
