Good if you only need a bed
I'd classify this hotel as an upmarket budget. It has a weird combination of characteristics. Firstly, the location. If coming by Sukhumvit road, head in the direction towards town (towards Nana & Siam Square). Hotel can only be accessed via the u-turn under the fly-over from the opposite side of road. So when coming from town, go way past On-Nut BTS and make a u-turn towards town. Then make another u-turn under the flyover. When you're on the correct side of road again, you'd see the hotel entrance. Check-in was fast. Though hotel needs a cash deposit. Had some trouble activating power. Card slot is on wall a foot or two away from the door. Need to search for it. Room was small, feels squeezed, but comes with all mod-cons. Fridge, safe, flatscreen, blowdryer, all there. Bed is a king-size, that's a plus. What is a huge minus is the non-existent internet. Toilet is cramped, with a separate shower cubicle. Water is hot and copious. I like the design. No hotel eats. Internet cafe just beside hotel does serve very small bowls of beef/pork noodles. Taste good but hardly satisfying. Tesco is 800m down the road beside on-nut bts, you can find Pizza Hut and MK restaurant there. Overall, if one is used to budget hotels, this is a good upgrade for a small increase in price. If used to big 4-stars travel groups hotels, it can feel claustrophobic. Recommended only if you are not particular about facilities, just need a clean comfortable room with king bed but no extra space, no internet and willing to walk abit from the bts.

Value for Money. New/Clean
Modern metropolitan looking clean room. The room is tastefully decorated and looks like the pictures, maybe better. Bathroom has everything you need. Hairdryer, additional flex mirror and hot water works well. Bathroom door is glass but you cannot see through too much. Internet is strong but drops out from time to time. Try to connect to the floor closest to yours even if lobby floor is the strongest as this limits drop outs. Some complaints about the location but it is actually a good location once you realize the hotel is hidden by the overpass. A short walk to BTS Onut which means it is minutes from the night spots. Big C, Night market and Tesco Lotus also near by. For the price it is a 3 star hotel for 2 star price. The staff rushed out to retrieve my small luggage, which they carried to the room and their was no delay in getting us in the room within less then 3 minutes. Professional and eager to please. I will stay again at this nice looking clean and affordable hotel.

Situated at a place where nothing moves. This place is dead, far from any day or night life. Drivers don't even know about it's location. Very small rooms and bathroom is like a cell. Highly Not Recommended !!!

Courteous and helpful management and staff
I left BKK for over a week and an item forgotten in my room was held for me upon my return.
