Clean environment, friendly staffs. Difficult to locate, limited staff. I had just visited Bangkok last week with my family and relatives, this hotel was recommended by one of my friend, at first it was difficult to allocate by our van driver, but we managed to find it, first impression was "wow", its not bad for a budget hotel, with friendly staff and bell boy, although we had waited till 4PM, but when we entered the room, we were impress with its clean environment and modern design. although walking distance is bit far to the main road, but this hotel actually offer a free ride two ways to 3 drop off point 24hrs! But the best thing i like is the ABF!

overall review for my staying is satisfied. the staffs help you from finding a taxi until booking a tour. The internet and free shutte service are also the main reason of my staying at the hotel aside from the good value of money. The hotel was clean and I really enjoyed staying in the hotel. The breakfast is average.
Travel tip : bring hotel business card and show to the taxi driver everytime you want to go back to Hotel, the location is a little bit tricky..

- reasonable price The location of the hotel (although it IS near the shopping area) is not easily found by taxi driver. Other than that I don't have any complain about the hotel. the breakfast however is not that great. Best Western mayfair suites is so far the best hotel I've ever stayed in Bangkok, not only the hotel was clean and neat, but the staffs are also helpful. I'm really looking forward to staying at the hotel in the future visit to Bangkok. The free internet and tuk-tuk shuttle to the main area of shopping arcade were also a good point that no other hotels can do.
Shopping Tip : never use a tuk-tuk or a no-meter taxi

Cleanliness, helpful frontdesk assistants, hotel tuk-tuk shuttle to main road, free WiFi with 2 desktop computers for guest use at the lobby (love it!!), quick response and repair by maintenance when we complained the air-cond was not cool. some ppl might not like walking 500 metres to the main road if the hotel tuk-uk is not available. Worth every Baht. Will definitely be back!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Try not to take tuk-tuk or taxis outside the hotel and travel by BTS or Skytrain whenever possible. Those guys will offer rates as low as THB10 (!!), but will take you to gem stores, handicraft centres, tailor shops, etc (unless u really wanna go to those expensive places to do ur shopping) because they get 5 litres of petrol coupon everytime they send someone there. THEN only they will send you to your actual requested destination. I just hate arguing with taxi drivers while vacation. Spoils my mood. So, just be careful, polite (if you can) and firm.

Very clean, modern, good location, professional staff. Not soundproofed, back aways in a soi This hotel is very modern and spotless. The hotel is centrally located near the skytrain, computer mall, MBK and loads of other shopping malls. We really enjoyed the hotel with a few exceptions:
1. The hotel is tucked away in a backalley soi, the traffic that runs down these alleys (Especially Soi 11)is fast, furious and loud, which makes it a bit dangerous for walking. They do provide free tuk-tuk service to the main road, but you still have to get back to the hotel after your day is done and walking can be a bit hazardous. There are also a few shipping companies around the hotel and the fellas who work there love to stare at people which made us feel a bit uncomfortable. The rooms are not soundproofed and when someone shuts their door, you hear it as well as all the tuk-tuks that are whizzing by.
Overall for value, we would stay here again!

- close to a few malls - a bit of a walk to sky train Rooms and the bathrooms were very nice. Probably comparable to 3 to 4 star hotels in the US. Didn't try the food at the hotel so no comments there. The proximity to the malls was a big plus - lots of very good food courts. Be sure to try the one at Central, by far the best. MBK was also close by. Stopped by the gym at the roof but didn't use it. Small one with only a few machines for aerobics. The hotel offered a tuk tuk service but it was only for dropping off at the main road which isn't much of a walk anyway. Also a couple of times when we wanted to take the tuk tuk, the traffic on the road made us think otherwise, was a lot faster walking.

I like the environment of the hotel very much. The hotel are comfortable, clean, well in customers service, wifi service provided. They are willing to upgrade the room without any charges although you are booking the room in lowest's rate. A bit far away from the main road. Walking distance still acceptable but is not so safe to walk out/back to the hotel at the hight time. I am willing to stay again in my next trip to Bangkok

has free internet access,friendly staffs,hotel is new takes around 10mins walk to hotel from main road the hotel staffs are friendly,and there's free tuk tuk which drives u to the main road, or pratunam market. hotel is new, and has free internet access.room wise is clean and new too.if you're looking for a budget hotel and don't mind the 10mins walk to the hotel, this is a perfect one for you.really highly recommended for budget traveller!i'd definitely be staying there again.there're also some food stalls along the way back to the hotel,which opens til night.massage centres can be easily found there too.

Cosy and clean with pleasant colour set up at reception. Staff speaks english which is easy. malls but not within walking reach. Glad there is always a tuk tuk service available. Would reconsider another come-back as the hotel is peaceful, clean though in a busy area of Bangkok. The tuk-tuk service provided by the hotel is there to serve us to the main roads.

good place 2stay if u like shopping.near pratunam,baiyoke.nice staff,too. the location of the hotel is hard 2find.so,dont forget 2ask 4the htl namecard.the wall is 2thin,so u can hear every cars passing on the road,and can hear the next door closing the door. overall its a nice htl 2stay.its new,clean.also the bathroom.the hotel have 2improve the breakfast.sometime the tuk2 suttle driver wont drive u,caused of the traffic jam.u have 2book 4the massage in the hotel at least 1day before,otherwise they are fullybooked.
Shopping Tip : if u like 2do shopping this is a nice htl 2stay,even u have 2take a tuk2 or taxi back 2the htl,coz u can't walk back with heavy shopping items with u.

A good place to have a rest after a fully shopping trip. Locate end of the road but still under walking distance. Hotel have a good services and helpful staff. Bellman & Receptionist all are helpful. Although we forgot to bring the hotel voucher they allow us to e-mail to their reservation mail box and help us print out with no charges. Check in and Check out promptly. Free tuk tuk to shopping complex everyday. Hotel can arrange teksi for us to Airport with a reasonable price. Room service food ia delicious expecially the Spaghetti and mayfair fried rice. A clean and nice hotel. With affordable price
Shopping Tip : surronding with a good shopping arcade. Just bring empty luggage to grab your cloth at the few shopping mall near the hotel.

All staff are friendly & helpful A distance walk back to hotel from main road but luckily there are free shuttle from hotel to main road. I like the room service meal, highly recommended on the Western Mayfair style fried rice or fried noodle, tom yum and spagetti. Must try it if you are there.
Free internet access at lobby and business room, it's convenient for us to surf net.
Location near to few shopping malls like platinum mall.
Convenient to found restaurant for delicious food near to this hotel.
Morning & night market just few minutes walking distance.
Nightlife Tip : Good massage found with cheapest charge.

Newly built, clean and quiet. Not suitable for big size people as the room is tiny and also for the wash room. This was my second times staying in Best Western Mayfair suites, i would prefer this time as we were given bigger room this time. Overall is quite similar with what was given during the 1st time 2 mths ago, we were just disappointed with the break fast, hence we didn't buy break fast package via agoda, we would decide later whether wanna have break fast there depends on that day cuisine.
This hotel is located right in the heart of Pratunam, a bit walking distance to the main road for which you can request tuk tuk service to send you there. Staffs are ok and the belt boy and the security are extreamly helpful during unload and load luggages.
i will stay here again in future if there is offer again in AGODA.

Great room, bed was super comfy and the location wasn't far from MBK mall really close to the train station. The hotel staff were very unprofessional upon arrival, didn't even greet us when we checked in. Other than the rude check-in from the staff the room was great and definitely a reason why I chose the bestwestern for me and my girlfriend. The bed is great and definitely enjoy my nights sleep there. The quality of the hotel was nice and for the price definitely a good stay. Just wish next time the staff would be more welcoming since were new guests and not employees.
Shopping Tip : MBK sooo close! 6th floor is the way to go
