always car traffic around here
Good location , clean , big bed

It's a centre of Bangkok and near to Asok station.
It might be a good place to play around this area. However, not good to business trip or couple.
I didn't know why many people recommend this area before my trip...
There are many massages on this street toward for the station.And some restaurants around here .
In day time, much car traffic.
About this hotel, good staff and they can speak English.
Free Wifi and LAN cable is available. No bath tab, only shower.

Very nice, clean and quiet.
Location was nice, breakfast was nice with a decent selection, and the room was very comfortable.

It was a a very pleasant stay. If you want anything from the staff, like most places in Thailand, you should learn how to speak Thai. We had requested a few days earlier to have an adjustment to our schedule, but received no reply. Once there, we were able to find someone who can understand our request, then they took care of our situation well. Everyone was very helpful and courteous.

DONT Stay if expect superb Thai Hosptalty

Best Western @20 Sukhumvit provides a usually relaible American Franchaise Chain. Unfortunately you get, when its transposed to BKK, American functionality without the relaibilty.
A suite should be its most well kept room.. Unfortunately, ironing board collapse in the middle of hot ironing. Toilet doors that dont lock and lights that require such an effort to know how to even use them that the concierge was a perplexed as us!

location to bars , clean and tidy hotel , price for quality of hotel was great , food was great , wifi was poor

Best Western hotel was a really nice hotel , it was close to places i want to visit , soi cowboy etc, and was just a short walk away from sky train , the room was clean large king size bed lovely sleep in , the bathroom was magic good size and large shower with great water pressure , dining at hotel was good only poor thing about hotel was wifi, wifi in restaurant was the best , but in room was useless , and i mention it to staff and nothing was seemed to be done , but it was great value for money well done best western

Good - except for the welcome

Received a welcome drink. when we went to present this off our final payment we were advised that, well, the process we followed was incorrect and that we are now not entitled to a welcome drink. Q So when is a welcome drink not a welcoome drink? A when it is a best western welcome drink. Read the small print in their hospitality. Grrrrrr
