The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The business center was a nice thing to have available to us. The best part of the hotel was the rooms. Although not very large the beds were amazingly comfortable and it was very quiet and dark when the curtains were drawn. This was my favorite hotel during our entire stay in numerous cities around Thailand!

All in all it was a nice stay at this hotel however as we had booked two rooms we assumed they would be adjoining which they were not. When we checked in one of the rooms had a smoke smell and so we were given another room on the same floor but six rooms away. There should be a space on Agoda where you can book adjoining rooms. The other criticism was that the floor to ceiling windows on the corridor side were not clean on the outside and so it gave it a dowdy feeling also there is no lobby to speak of and so it was packed around checkout time. Staff were nice, the breakfast was adequate but I think with a family I would not stay there again.

All points a plus, staff super friendly, room was perfect and cared for daily(if I'm a stickler if say maybe clean the glasses better but I never used much ), buffet just enough, location is excellent for BTS. Mrt or taxi .. highly recommended as I will be back in few weeks. Thank you very much.

From check-in, the staff were friendly and helpful. I was surprised by the modern appointments of the room, which was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, easy to navigate and surprisingly quiet. There is pleasant street bar.
The only small disappointments were that there is no pool (there is a jacuzzi/splash pool) and I thought the breakfast buffet was a bit lacking in choice.
I would definitely stay again.

First time in Bangkok. Stayed here for 4 nights. It was a very pleasant stay. The staff were very helpful in helping us get around i.e giving us directions, calling a taxi, as well as helping us organize a trip to Ayudhaya. The rooms are very clean and well kept, most likely since it's a new hotel. Location wise, it pretty convenient as in there are restaurants/bars/bistros along the same street as the hotel, and it is just a short 10min walk to Terminal 21 shopping mall and ASOK BTS station. Overall we're happy and satisfied with our stay here. One extra plus point is the free wifi in the rooms.
Restaurant Tip:
There's a good German restaurant, Bei Otto located just a few doors away. Do try it.

Walking distance to Terminal 21 shopping mall and Asok BTS station. Quiet street with nothing much going on compare to next street. Roomkeepers forgot to provide face towels on our first day and last day. No tea and coffee refills after tidying our room.
