Great location & nice room to be relaxed even not going out. Easy and convenient to access to anywhere with the nearby shopping malls, train stations, restaurants, etc...
Rooms are clean and neat with great facilities. Staffs are very friendly and helpful to assist in any way.
Shopping Tip:
Walking distance to Terminal 21 and Robinsons.

The hotel offer good value and location in central of Bangkok. This location is between of 2 BTS and MRT, close to Terminal 21 shopping centre. I would say, this hotel is good for business traveller as the room is big and comfortable although the outlook not impressive. Rest assure is a value for money hotel and I love it so much

Stayed here on exit trip from BKK. It's off the main road so nice and quiet. New hotel so everything works and is modern. The closest BTS is Asoke which is about a 15 min walk. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The breakfast was quite limited but very tasty. Large rooms with big shower, large room safe with flat screen TV, docking stations and all the bits and pieces of a modern hotel. Its location is quite central but there are other hotels in this price range that can offer more. In saying that though this is a boutique hotel and I don't want to give a negative review as it was enjoyable.

I will recommande this hotel for young travellers who are looking for a decent stay with great value for money and good location. Great location close to the hotspots ,friendly staff .Good restaurant and massage places arround the hotel .Although the hotel was in the city it was not noisy .

we used agoda quite frequently throughout our 7 week travel around asia. we were disappointed with some of the rooms and the views. except for great western - we got exactly what was promised in our voucher. room had the best view ever, was very luxurious, spacious and very clean. for the price we paid, we were very happy. for all future travels, this is the only hotel we will be booking.
Travel tip:
Beware of the tuk-tuk drivers. Some of them don't even ask if they can take you to their special commission shops. They just take you there and dump you. If you're not aware of the area, you don't realise you've been taken to the wrong place until they've gone and left you there.

The Best Western Hotel is a near new hotel close to mid Bangkok.The building has style and the rooms are modern and roomy.There is a pool on the 9th floor but has hard surroundings .The dining is also on the 9th floor next to the pool it is ok but the lift only goes to the 8th floor so one must walk up the last floor.
When you insert the card into the electrics in room everything goes,and it is a mission finding all the switches to turn all the lights of and the air goes at full noise till it is turned down or off.
