Very pleasant stay. my room wasnt ready when i arrived. the receptionist offered me a free drink at the hotel bar while waiting for the room. the hotel itself is located in the busy street of Sukhumvit, where u can get any public transport to other parts of the city easily. the room was very spacious and clean. apart from basic mini-bar, they also have DVD player in the room for your enjoyment. The only thing i complaint was that the in-room wifi was very weak and unstable. anyway, it's a very nice hotel.

Good stay
centrally located, good price, quiet

I have stayed in Best Western plus a few times before. I was always very satisfied but to be honest this time I was a little disappointed with my stay.
Reasons for this: I did book a Kingsize bed but I did get 2 beds that were placed against each other, the quality of the wifi signal was very poor, the price for breakfast has doubled since last time I was there. It went up from 300 to 600 (!) bath which is very expensive. For this reason I did go to other places than my own hotel for breakfast, which is not really convenient.

Good location but below average service
Location, clean room, decent bar
6.3
I opted to stay at this hotel as it is located in a convenient area, close to good dining/shopping options and the skytrain.
The room itself was quite nice and clean. My main disappointment with this hotel was with the service:
- I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. After 2 nights, I was expected to check out as the reception staff had made some errors in recording my details during check-in (even though I had already pre-booked via agoda). I waited at the counter for 15 minutes for them to sort it out, and eventually had to leave for an appointment. When I returned 3 hours later, they had forgotten to fix the issue and I was still booked to check out. They finally fixed it after I reminded them.
- The toiletries in my room were not changed daily
- During check out, I asked them to send someone to help collect my bags. I waited for 20 minutes and then proceeded to check out anyway, assuming someone would be sent up soon to collect the remaining luggage. It turns out they had forgotten to send someone up, and in the end I was delayed by half an hour in checking out. In my case this was not a big deal, but if you're tight on schedule in getting to the airport, this can be annoying.
- Two of the dishes I tried to order off the menu were not available.
On an additional note - the "jacuzzi" is a bit of a joke. It's just a tiny pool with some water spouting into it at one end.
All in all, my experience was okay. I enjoyed the location and the quality of the room was fine. The service was just a bit annoying, especially given the typically higher quality of service you get in other hotels in this area.

Comfortable place to stay
Quiet location off of Sukhumvit, Clean, Good value
6.7
This hotel is reasonably new so it was clean and in good shape. I had booked for only two nights to see if the standards were OK and liked it enough to try and book for another two nights. Unfortunately they were booked so I had to go elsewhere :( .. All-in-all, this hotel is a good value for the money. It's on a Soi that is quiet but only a short walk to Sukhumvit Road. They also provide a free tuk tuk to take you a short distance away.

Great experience
affordable, comfortable, location
9.7
I am a repeat customer of this hotel. I select it when they have a special on Agoda as it is a great value. It is a central location on Sukhumvit close to the BTS station. The hotel provides a free tuk service. The room is fantastic. I would have thought I was in a 5 star hotel. All amenities you might expect are included in this room. The only negative is that the pillows are too firm for my liking which gave me a small stiff neck. My wife who loves to complain, also stayed with me and loved her stay. It passes the discerning customer test.

be aware they overbook
modern rooms, tuktuk service to BTS (most of the way to BTS), close to good shopping (terminal 21)
7.3
We arrived in the evening to be told our Agoda booking was no good as the hotel was fully booked and that they would arrange another hotel for us. We insisted that we had made the booking 3 weeks in advance and there should be a room. After 30 Min they upgraded our first night to a suite and then we had to move to our originally booked room the next day. Slightly annoying as we only had 3 nights. The front desk staff seemed entirely overwhelmed though they did try their best. With so many hotel options in Bangkok we will try a different one next time.

Nice stay and not a bad deal. Not a 5 star hotel, more in the 3-4 star range, but very clean and on an interesting street in Bangkok that has loads of interesting bars and restaurants (without being seedy). Nice for a family with young children.
