Lovely hotel with fine amenities
Good restaruant and close to the airport

Friendly and helpful staff. Relaxing surroundings and well appointed room. Free shuttle to the airport. A little isolated but with a good cab service.

tthe bottom line for most travlers to this hotel are going to be tourists who are wanting a low cost alternative to the airport hotel. sounds like a good plan; however, this hotel, which says it's 5 minutes from the airport is actually closer to 30 minutes from the airport, which couild be a real problem for tight itineraries, early departures, or unforeseen issues such as traffic, weather, etc. if you need close proximity to the airport this is not you place.

Beautiful hotel and grounds

A la carte breakfast was disappointing--not served hot, charge was made for a bottle of water when a single glass was requested. WiFi access intermittent. One had the sense of penny pinching which seemed incongruous with such a beautiful resort and spa.
Travel tip:
Swim early--no one else using pool which opened at 0600

Great Hotel, Staff, Food, Poor Location

We travelled with a child and we enjoyed our stay there. Lovely room, perfectly clean, no smell of cigars, pristine bathrooms.
Would have liked a few more chairs in the room. And a Latch on the bathroom door!
It was also quite far away from the airport and there are no ready shuttle services, though to be fair, we did arrive rather early (4 AM) and did not want to wait to be picked up.
Location and the view from the room are not great and the pool looked lovely thogh we didnt have time to use it.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Go ahead and use the concierge service, his suggestions are not priced. Room service too is very good, taste, presentation, flexibility, etc.

our stay was just an overnight with a quick coffee in the morning before our shuttle to the airport. the breakfast buffet looked nice, rooms were large, beds firm. overall good value.

An easy to get to location with the complimentary airport shuttle service. Although the hotel is only 15 minutes away from the airport it is still a quiet place with very nice and comfortable rooms. Everything is well maintained and the staff is very friendly and observant. The breakfast buffet is great and offers everything you need. A 10 minute cab ride away you find a shopping center for just about anything. So overall I can only recommend this place for everyone who needs to stay close to the airport.

It was a very nice to stay in this hotel, the front desk team were very friendly, the room was very clean,everything was perfact.
Nightlife Tip:
5 minuete from the hotel, there had some night market and 11-7

Very nice hotel, convenient to the airport

The hotel is very clean and the lobby is very nice. The staff are very nice. The room is big and clean. 5 minutes walk is the real local market. Also the pool is very nice and relaxing in the late afternoon when the sun is blocked off by the building. The stone art exhibition is also very nice.
