Perfect Get away form Bangkok's Traffic Jam
Good value for money for a newer and stylish hotel.
8.3
friendly staff.
convenient complimentary mini-van shuttle ride to/from airport with friendly drivers. watch out for pink jacket best western representative prior to leaving the arrival hall.
spacious double room.
decent complimentary breakfast.
complimentary wi-fi service could be improved with a longer login period.
overall a very enjoyable 2-night stay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take the complimentary shuttle to the nearest Air-port/city train.

"Nice Hotel and service with a smile"
Within 10 to 15 minutes from the airport with free shuttle bus service
9
Nice Hotel even though I only stayed one night. I enjoyed the services of this hotel. The free shuttle ride to the airport was a big plus for me because I had a very early flight out.The room service food was not that bad.The bed was very very comfortable and the restroom was spacious. Over all I enjoyed this hotel that met all of my expectations.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
They are many things to do while in Bangkok, but unfortunately this Hotel is away from everything unless you enjoy golf.

Beautiful hotel , not flexible for transit travel
Rooms are spacious and tasteful and very clean.
8.7
I chose this hotel because I was flying into bangkok airport in the evening and had an early departure out of BKK the next morning. The hotel was a terrific price, rooms were great and the shuttle service was prompt and organized. I also chose the hotel because they have a gym and pool, however both were closed when I arrived and were still closed prior to my morning departure the next day. Given the strange schedules many transit travelers have, I would hope the hotel could provide access to their ameneties 24 hours a day. They were also not flexible on checkout time. Again, I would love to see this change

a good hotel with a reasonable price
this hotel is quite close to the airport
8.3
the hotel is quite close to the airport, just 10min by driving. so it is quite convenience for the passengers who want to take the early morning flight, also the airport has offer the free minibus to send the passengers to the airport which is quite good.
The working staffs in the hotel are very helpful & also try to help you if you have any questions.
Just one bad comments is that sometimes, there is no body answer the phone from the receiption maybe they are too busy at that moment.
Hotel Feature Tip:
you can get the free minibus from the hotel & send you to the airport

Nice Hotel for Airport Access, Location-Ok
Hotel and Customer Service were good.
6.7
Good location and customer service if you're looking to get to the airport in 15 minutes. However, you need to call ahead to understand where the pick-up point is, otherwise it will cost about 150 TBHT to get you to the hotel via metered Taxi. Hotel room was clean, but next to a low income housing lot that didn't provide for a nice view. If you're looking for dining other than the hotel, you'll need to get a taxi and fight traffic. Public transportation is hard to reach (ie. Rail System or Sky Train are far away as well).

Great hotel with wonderful staff
Very nice, modern comfortable hotel

Arrived very late 2am. Hotel shuttle was there waiting. Not really an " airport hotel " but was only about 15 minutes away.
Definitely on flight path but rooms well sound proofed.
Breakfast was quite adequate. Definitely more Western oriented than Asian.
Had young teenager with us. Extra bed added 55% to original room rate!! Outrageous I think!
Would stay again but not with teenager.

lovely hotel
proximity to the airport and shuttle pick up. great spa and outdoor pool area /bar snacks
7.7
I arrived early after a long flight and the reception sorted out a room for me within half an hour rather than wait for the normal check in time.
Room service and restaurant selection was the same good quality and at very reasonable prices. Service was quick and efficient with the usual Thai courtesy.
Quite a distance from the city if that is where you want to visit but ideal as a stopover.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Check the spa for special offers. I enjoyed a 2.5 hr facial and massage which was a perfect antidote to travel fatigue.

Overnight stop before flying out.
Excellent service, Great food, shuttle service.
7.7
We only stayed at the hotel for one night before flying back to the Uk the following day. The hotel was excellent and staff where also excellent. The hotel has a great swimming pool area and the food served in the restaurant was also of a very good standard. Its only a ten minute drive from the airport which makes it ideal if you need somewhere to crash before an early flight.

Clean, comfortable and convenient to airport
8
This is a good, comfortable hotel if you need to be close to the airport for a day or two and don't need anything else like shopping, eating out, etc... because there is not a lot in the vicinity. On check out, they said we had used the in-room internet connection and had accumulated 100 baht in charges. We didn't even have a computer with us so no way we could have used the internet. They didn't press us for the paytment but didn't really seem to believe us either.
