Was meeted with a smile right from the start, the room was in a clean and tidy order.
The only point adjust this hotel is the location, it's okay if you are staying just for one night but apart from that found a better location near the city.

great rooms at ok price... service is great and the pick up and drop is great... rooms are very large, great showers, i found the food to be very average unfortunately.... a big of taxi ride to the downtown so if you want to see the sights of bangkok i would not recommend .... as said if you are in transit and dont want to head to the city this is the spot.... better then the novotel and cheaper

this hotel is perfect if you just need somewhere to stay to catch an early flight from bangkok. great rooms and facilities and close the airport.
there were food stalls just outside the hotel but unfortunately i didn't go exploring as i got in around midnight.

shuttle to and from the airport. Lovely room, very clean and comfortable.

The hotel is very convenient for airport with a free shuttle to and from. Location not that close to the centre of Bangkok so not suitable for shopping. Staff were friendly and the room was lovely, spacious and clean. free wifi service. Restaurant served western and Thai food, was probably a bit more expensive that the average price in Bangkok and the service wasn't great even when it was very quiet. Overall perfect for easy access to the airport, clean and comfortable.

I stayed at the Best Western Premier Hotel for one night. I have to say this is one of the best pound for pound hotels I have stayed in. On arrival offered a complimentary drink. check in was in a flash. The staff couldn't do enough for you. Getting into to Bangkok is also easy as you can hop on the Hotels shuttle bus to the airport and travel on the Sky Train. I highly recommend that you try out the Executive Rooms. Design of the rooms and the bathroom is excellent. I have booked the hotel again for 4 nights when I return to Bangkok later this week.

Very convenient location especially if you only plan a brief stay in Bangkok before catching for your next flight. The hotel is quiet, and has a nice sizable pool for a short relaxation.
The staff are very helpful and efficient. Fully recommended.
