poor customer service overprice on rollaway bed
shuttle service to the airport

We traveled all over the world but sadly to say this is one of the worst experience stay. Rollaway bed for 1,200 bath is extremely high plus the breakfast with not much selection. Contacted Night Manager did not help.
We are very disappointed and will not plan to be back in the future.

Great airport hotel
Comfortable rooms, great restaurant, convenient to airport

the beds were comfortable and rooms up-to-date. the restaurant had great food. taxi was only about if you don't want to wait for the free shuttle. our room this time had some airport noise, so there is a quiet side and a noisy side to the building. the noisy side being the left side as you go down the corridor.

we had 24 hour stop over on route to krabi and this was an excellent location for a hotel, really good standard with excellent facilities plus the service was great. the concierge suggested an english speaking driver for the day which was very reasonable and well worth doing to make the most of our time in the area.
would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone needing a stay near the airport
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
if you want to see a handful of sights in one day would definitely recommend the hotel's suggestion of a taxi driver for the day. our trip including central bangkok and floating markets and cost bht for the day for 3 people which i thought was excellent value

Overnight stay for connecting flight
Relatively cheap for airport hotel and clean and tidy.

hotel pick up provided, not exactly around the corner but 20 mins ride from airport. ok for quick sleep to catch connecting flight. simple but sufficient.

Excellent room with all extra and a very ggod size. Doors onto a small balcony

whilst we did not use all the facilities they were available if required.

Near airport
Shuttle bus service makes it eary to travel to/from airport

we stayed just one night, it locate near the airport,travel time around 15-20 minutes. the room is clean and comfortable. food in the restaurant is delicious. our son got sick at night,we took him to hospital which is 5 minutes by taxi.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Nice swimming pool and gym. Not many TV channels.
