Beautiful modern hotel

i had emailed the hotel to enquire on where the shuttle bus would be, the directions given were pefect, we arrived at the shuttle & it left after 5 minutes, all the staff were very friendly & helpful, my husband used the gym & was very impressed, the pool was lovely & relaxing was very convenient for us for the start of our honeymoon.

I was very disappointed with Best Western Hotel near the Suvarnabhumi Airport; assuming that this is an hotel for international travelers, they certainly don't go out their way to accommodate the needs of those who check in late in the night and leave early in the morning. Everything shuts down at ten or eleven. Also, wanted to watch an important Formula 1 race (the most watched sport in the world) and found that they five thai channels but not Star Sports channel to watch the race. Though the reception was full of apologies, I still rate the hotel low since you pay a fairly high amount of money and they give you a service of a guesthouse! I won't certainly go back there. Not worth it.

We toroughly enjoyed the hotel staff were very pleasant and room was comfortable, Swimming Pool was great. The only disapponting thing was that drinks were very expensive especially when you only have to go outside.. to one of the many bars

We found the hot water was not working when we arose to catch an early flight back to the U.S. Also, it took the bellboy 15 to 20 minutes to deliver our bags on arrival.

Good place near the airport

If you have to stay near the airport and don't want to pay for the novotel which is in the airport itself, this is probably the best option. It isn't as close to the airport as some of the other places, but there is a regular free shuttle van which takes about 15-20 minutes. It is a new building with very nice rooms, comfortable beds, excellent room service food at reasonable prices. I will definitely stay here again the next time I have an early morning connection.

Nice hotel after a long flight

arrived as part of an extended family group of six with adult children and younger chhildren. had booked two rooms with three people each. childrens ages had been made available at the time of booking along with a request for 3 people per room. booked the hotel shuttle to come and pick us up at the airport which was a quick and efficient process. upon arrival at check in, was advised that we would not be able to occupy the rooms with three people each as the rooms only contained single beds and we would be required to purchase another room as well because rollaways were not allowed. good start to a holiday putting the hand in the pocket for extra costs! rooms were on the same floor but not adjoining. this made for a reshuffle of how people were going to sleep.
drive to the hotel takes a lot longer than the perception of staying at an airport hotel makes you think it would. hotel is a reasonable distance from the hotel. foyer area and ambience is nice when you enter. most importantly the hotel was clean. arriving in the evening and having to leave early in the morning meant that we did not get to try out too much of the hotel other than the bar.
certainly served the purpose that we were looking for.
