Great airport hotel.
Good location, comfortable, friendly staff

I would recommend this hotel as a great airport hotel. It has a free shuttle to and from the airport. It is close to the airport but not right at the airport. I think it is about six miles from the airport. It is located between the airport and Bangkok. Very friendly and helpful staff. There is a fitness room and pool although I did not partake. Good restaurant and bar in the hotel.

it wasnt close to airport, it takes 15 mins from airport to hotel by shuttle bbus. however, hotel arranged shutter bus for the guest at anytime, i can easily find he staff waiting at gate 5 even i landed at 11:45pm. the hotel is decorated well.The room are bigger than i imagine. and pretty confortable to stay.

Convenient... but not as convenient as expected

This is an airport hotel. The best and most important thing about it is the proximity and pick up to the airport. It also contains no surprises - the rooms are what you would expect for the price and the market. I thought the service was a bit below par - once they made us all wait in the shuttle for 15 minutes while a lady who was late flapped around. I think they should have let us go and put her on the next shuttle. Another time my bags were almost left in my room rather than being put on the shuttle! Also, the hotel is not as close to the airport as you might think, especially given that the shuttle leaves at unpredictable times, as noted above. I would allow at least half an hour to get to the airport from this hotel.

It was a brief and comfortable stay. It assured us an easy and uneventful transfer to the airport next morning.

Just good for a night near the airport
located 15 mn by free shuttle from the airport, big rooms, quiet

The hotel has an old style design, nothing fancy.
Room and bathroom are big and clean which is the most important.
TV was not working well and fitness room is definitely not recommended.
Internet is available via wifi but connection may be slow from time to time.
This hotel is perfect if you are in transit or need to be located for one night near the airport.

Hotel is nice but staff and food need improvement

It is not far from BKK airport but no other restaurants or services within walking distance, which forces you to dine at the hotel. I have stayed there before, the same problems came up again. Staff unfriendly and not very helpful. Restaurant way over-priced, portions small, quality below average. Menu is extensive but when I was there, every other item they were out of. The TV channels in English were very limited, no movie channel at all. The pool is nice, most of the time you have it to yourself.
Pluses are that the rooms are nice in size and decor and the bathrooms are even nicer. Everything was extremely clean and tidy. The beds are very comfortable, maybe there could be an improvement with the pillows?
