Great hotel, lovely service

we checked in here after a long day, was checked in easily despite only just making the booking on agoda. they put us in a lovely room with a balcony. bathroom was clean and well stocked with toiletries etc. the pool was lovely and pool bar was great. lovely to sit and relax. room service was just fantastic! gorgeous food, delivered beautifully. check out was easy and the shuttle bus to the aiport, free of charge made our stay even easier!
highly recommended!

not so far to a four star

Great value compared to the closest of hotels to Bangkok International airport, shuttle service which is free and takes 15-20 minutes.
Felt most welcome and enjoyed a spacious room and the restaurant which was also very good value. Will stay again when in overnight transit

Good business hotel

I stayed at the Best Western near Bangkok airport for one night while I waited to catch another flight in the morning.
The hotel is about a 15-20 minute transfer from the rather large airport so if you require to check in quickly after catching your flight you should choose the Novotel which is within the airport grounds.
The hotel is relatively sterile but smart and clean. The breakfast was good (with the obligatory Thai saland in tow) and the staff were helpful and polite.

Everythng was great, good service, food is far better than other hotels close to the airport, however, TV channels are poor

Fantastic Hotel

I had a overnight stopover in Bangkok and an early flight the next day. Previously I've had bad experiences with other hotels in the area, so i thought i'd pay a little extra which was well worth it. I was picked up from the airport and was given a fantastic room. The service was great, wake up call was on time and breakfast came on time too. then I was dropped at the airport the following morning. the staff were incredibly friendly helpful and courteous, I have nothing but praise and will definitely stay there again.

always nice to stay in this hotel which i can say as i am a regular customer. the staff is very well trained and very friendly. the restaurant serves excellent and delicious food. the rooms are well equipped and clean. i can only say positive things about this hotel. excellent place when you have to be close to the airport or in that part of town..

since subway comes to airport, stay by airport will not be a good option for traveler comes to city a lot. there is night market near by, people who has strong stomach could give local food a try. if just looking for pure massage, a shabby shop nearby has 200~300B massage. except for these, there is nothing you can do around here.

This is a lovely airport stop over. Half the price of the novotel and more relaxed and quiet atmosphere. With the airport shuttle for convenience and an amazingly tasty restaurant, pool, gym and bar what else do you need? The rooms are spacious - no bath is the only downside if you are travelling with small children. They have good quality cots at no additional charge.

We chose the hotel through Agoda because it was stated as near the airport. Although the hotel was not as close to the airport as I thought, they do provide transportation to the airport which was a real plus. It was a comfortable stay with very nicely decorated rooms that were both clean and comfortable.

The Best Best Western I've Ever Seen

My mental image of the typical American Best Western hotels I have stayed in in the past is not a pretty picture. Had I not read the numerous great reviews on Agoda I would not have picked this particular brand. Perhaps this chain has changed their image worldwide, but certainly the Bangkok Best Western Premier is a cut above what you are expecting.
Check in is a breeze and the staff is friendly - which makes for a nice ending after a 28 hour set of overseas flights.
The glass shower with waterfall head was nice, the bed was comfy and the drapes completely shut out the morning sun. The room was quiet and the temperature stable. Any one of those areas can be a deal breaker for future visits, but they nailed all of them.
The breakfast was good. This is an airport hotel only for me (one nighter) and then I'm off to other parts of Thailand, but they'll certainly see repeat business from me.
Don't know why my profile reads double bed but I had a king sized bed for no extra charge.
To repeat what has been said before about how to get their free hotel shuttle:
E-mail the hotel ahead of time that you would like the free shuttle service and give them your flight number. Armed with that they will know when you will need a shuttle!
Once you exit Customs, turn right and walk down to exit door #5. There (on the INSIDE of the terminal) you'll see a steel railed-off meeting area of people waiting to meet passengers and a bunch of sign holding shuttle folks. Just blurt out "Best Western" and they will point to your representative.
Off you go.
