Alternative upmarket Hotel
convenient location for both the airport and bkk city

clean and tidy with nice loddy and lift area. rooms were in good condition and well maintained except for the water leaking from the shower (a design fault). the pool area was ok for this airport location and the room service food was very good. for the quality of hotel and the proximity to the airport this would be a good choice for the business traveller with a short stay and the possible need to travel into bkk city. competitive rates

Room set up was excellent at the reasonable price.

Except for the shower, water was a little bit difficult to adjust to the appropriate temperature. Breakfast was average not much of a choice.

Hotel near the airport

The Location of the hotel is a short taxi drive away from the airport, it will take about 20 minutes, the hotel offers a shuttle service in the morning that will bring you back to the airport. It's a typical hotel to spend the night to go on to the next flight. The Rooms are spacious, and clean.
A fantastic breakfast with a good international choice. Enjoyed my stay and surely will return

Great hotel with always a very helpful staff
shuttle service is perfect, all staff without exception is friendly and helpful, rooms excellent

the hotel is ideally located when one has to stay overnight to catch an early morning plane.
restaurant open 24 hours so when you feel like a snack it is available.
food very good and reasonably priced for a hotel.
rooms are clean, modern, well equipped and with free wifi!
also for my purpose, had to be close to the airport, an ideal location, not too worry about too much traffic to get to where i had to go.

All things were positive except maybe a bit expensive for the remote location. No Malls nearby and quite far from the Airport to be called an "Airport Hotel"

I like the location of this hotel because it is near the airport, but it tends to be quiet. I like the decor very much and I really like the food and the swimming pool. Very nice place to relax before or after a flight. It is not very near the city of Bangkok though and so if you want to go sightseeing you should not stay here, but find a place closer to the city

high value airport hotel, new & clean
room is big and clean, 10mins distance by car, free airport transfers

we just stayed one night for early flight next day. the room is clean, new and big size. swimming pool closes early around 7pm but clean too. we all like it and will stay in next time if required.

10 mins from Suvarnabhumi Airport
Close to airport, free shuttle (albeit only every half hour), very large rooms, free wifi, clean, friendly service

stayed here for a 7-hour transit in order to rest, checked me in at 7am (way before their check-in time of 12pm) which was great, very large rooms, power shower, flat screen tv, wifi. problem was their free shuttle from the airport, couldn't see any representative there although i waited for 45 minutes outside door 5 as their website instructed. so took a cab instead. shuttle back to airport was no problem.

We requested transportation from Hotel to the Airport since we did the hotel reservation and they didn't have available transportation for us we have to take the transportation 1 hr. earlier.
