Fabulous New Airport Hotel
Great staff, beautiful rooms and convenient location

this new airport hotel is a wonderful retreat for visitors. the staff were more than accommodating when changing our reservation to arrive one day earlier. the room was stunningly beautiful with an amazing rain forest shower to revive us at 0200 to catch our flight back to the usa. kudos to the staff of this wonderful hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The hotel shuttle only operates every hour on the hour during the early hours of the morning. We had a flight departing at 0545 which meant leaving the hotel at 0300. For about we were able to get a taxi and get an extra half-hour of sleep. The staff arranged for the taxi and it was waiting for us right at 0330.

I used to stay at the Novotel at the airport but it got too expensive. This hotel is value for money and is close enough to the airport. It has a great pool and comfortable rooms. The breakfast buffet is better than eating at the airport eateries

brilliant hotel great staff!

we stayed here twice as it was near the airport, this hotel also did free airport pick up and drop off! we had a great stay, room was amazing, staff were brilliant and very honest (we left some money in our room and staff handed it in straight away!), 24 hour restuarant and room service, pool, gym, spa bar, this is probly the best hotel we stayed in on our trip!

nice hotel
clean, quite, nice pool, 15 mins form the hotel by taxie (around USD 7), good breakfast which opens at 6-00 which is convenient for early departures, affordable price

It was a bit difficult to find a shuttle in the airport but it is quite cheap by a metered taxie to get there - about $7. Nice and friendly and quick reception, rooms quite spacious. Really convenient for a one night stay for transits. Getting to the city though, is a big problem ast it will take not less than an hour depending on traffic. No infrastructure around and those who like a Thai food would hardly find any nearby, though, to be honest we did not try any hotel restaurant food - it might be good.
In my cases all three taxie drivers we had from the city had difficulties in finding it.
Generally perfect value for money for a short transit stay only.

The hotel is not close to the airport, about a 15 min ride on the hotel shuttle. Would take longer during rush hour. The hotel is very nice, and the rooms are great. The hotel has a free shuttle which runs on hourly intervals. There is nothing close to the hotel, other than a Seven Eleven. Keeping in view that there is a direct train connection from Bangkok Airport to city center, might be a better idea to go stay in the city center.

it is very pleasant hotel, good food in the restaurant and for breakfast buffed has good variety and also nice staff. it is also provide airport transfer which is convinience. the room is very good maintained. the bar have nice drink selection and also live music. the hotel also provide free WiFi which is nice.

Beautiful hotel, great pool area, rooms clean and contemporary

Great stay at the Best Western, fantastic, helpful and cheery staff. Room was beautiful and comfortable, great bed and shower. Pool area clean and inviting, grounds around the hotel very neat. The breakfast was good, probably not as much choice as other hotels but the staff made up for this with great customer service. Gym was well equipped.

Nice hotel to relax but not much to do in the immediate area. Nice and close to airport.

Practical , good quality hotel , very well placed

good shuttle service from airport , half hourly from 8am until 10pm ; there is a representative just by exit door 5 . the hotel is in an industrial zone and there are no shops nearby , but the food is good and there is a pool . our wake-up call was dead on time and all the staff were helpful . i will use the hotel again.
