My second stay here was perfect
Easy pickup by shuttle, comfortable bed, and great food.

Once again the Best Western staff outdid themselves. From the airport greeter to the room service staff, they were all smiles and courteous. Check in and check out were easy. Food was great although they did not have the kao neow mamuang like during my last visit. Awesome bed. Lots of sundries and extras in the bathroom.
Great wifi connection.

We were only here for 24 hours between flights but it was so close to the airport and you didn't even feel like it. The hotel is beautiful, very comfortable rooms and nice restaurant. The views are nothing desirable but that isn't what we were looking for. Bar is quite pricey.

I stayed there 2 nights. They had everything a transit traveler could need. 24 hrs restaurant, free wi-fi,an affordable rooms etc. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. I will definitely stay here again.

I would rate this hotel as a good 4 star business hotel if staying 1 or 2 nites. Being close to the airport it has all the facilities you need for such a hotel. It is clean and very comfortable. Rooms are excellent.

Good Airport hotel for couples

This is a typical airport hotel, with very high food and drink prices as compared with what you can buy locally. That said, there are no shops or restaurants within walking distance, so one is pretty much stuck there. The only questionable thing about our room was the picture window-sized glass that separated the bedroom from the bathroom. Fortunately there were blinds that could be closed for privacy.....otherwise I would be asking for another room
