Proximity to the airport is the main selling point but the hotel has many pluses. Well equipped rooms and bathrooms and a friendly piano bar near reception though prices are ridiculously high.
Restaurant Tip:
Along the street outside there are a number of typical Thai cafes where food is well cooked and beer is reasonably priced.

there was an efficient shuttle service every 30 mins to and from the airport - staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again on my way through Bangkok. The pool area with bar at the back of the hotel was a nice addition too.

We stayed for one night during our transit in Bangkok and were very pleased with the hotel. Actually, the hotel exceeded all our expectations. There were prompt shuttle services to and from the airport, swift check-in and welcome drinks, good food at the restaurant, and best of all the room was spacious and very comfortable. Considering what we paid for a delux double, it was a 9/10 experience.

"Spectacular Hotel with all the trimmings"
the landscaping and hotel features were extrodinary!

only stayed at the hotel for one night(stopover), however considered changing flights as this hotel was breathtaking.
Hotel Feature Tip:
This hotel was absolute luxury and i found myself walking through the premises admiring the art collections, which were in a class of their own. The staff reception and catering were exceptional and always made an effort to engage me in coversations regarding the hotels history and celebrity guests. The hotel itself was gorgeous and affordable. Although its location was close to Suvarnabhumi Airport, I recommend this hotel to all travelers who appreciate the finer things accommodation has to offer. The Buffet breakfast was exceptional!!!

A nice size room, comfortable bed. Has shuttle service to the airport which is convenient for people travelling. The restaurant serves tasty meal. It seems a bit busy with a lot of conference events going on.
Hotel Feature Tip:
This hotel is very good for people traveling to get the flight early morning. It is nice to have rest and don't have to worry about missing the plane because it is only 15 minutes from the airport.

Although the hotel is advertised as an airport hotel it was a 15 minute or better ride to it several of us were beginning to question whether we were going to the right place or got on the right shuttle. Everthing was clean and efficient and the shuttles were timely and the rooms are nice. Good breakfast was included with my room charge. I was a late arrival with a next day morning flight as were several others. Came in at 1 AM, bar was just closed, staff was pleasent but no offer to get me anything which was disappointing after 24 hours of travel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone in my travel situation, you would not be disappointed.

Hotel is great for a short overnight stay without going into Bangkok, and dealing with lot's of traffic. It is close to the airport and had an efficient airport shuttle. The staff were helpful with luggage and the shuttle left promptly in the morning to get me back to the airport. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I didn't even have enough time for breakfast.
