Nice hotel, reasonably close to the airport and free transfer service worked well. Fast efficient check in when I arrived at 2am. Good hotel for for a transit stay of 1 or 2 nights. Hotel was very quiet tho, not a lot of atmosphere but to be expected for a transit hotel.

Great hotel with easy access to airport

Newer hotel with spacious rooms. Large bathroom and shower. Airport shuttle runs every half hour, and when at the airport have easy train access to be able to visit many parts of Bangkok. Were able to leave car parked at the hotel and sight see all over Bangkok by using the shuttle to the airport and then the trains. Made it much easier than trying to drive around the city! Very friendly and helpful staff at the hotel too.

very good locatated for exploring mae haad on foot if you do not want to walk uphill and downhill to much. nice beach with restaurant right on the water. very good dinner but very minimal breakfast with funny plastic vouchers?? wich you get when you check in. we stayed for 7 nights and they did not change the bedlinnen. you get 1 towel/day per person. bath is comfortable but the beds are extremely hard. do not put paper in toilet because they let you unplug it yourself....a room rate of nearly night is rather hefty specially for koh tao standards.

I read at least 50 comments on Agoda before I booked this room for 2 nights. The negative comments in my view were primaril unwarranted. This hotel is very nice and is close to the airport with a shuttle service to and from every half hour. Rooms above the 4th floor require a room key to go any higher on the elevator; thus nice security. The 5th floor is dedicated as a smoking floor. You can step out onto the balcony if you'd like a quick smoke. For $15 US dollars you can easily enjoy a nice meal right in your room without having to leave the hotel. If you are adventurous and turn right as you leave the hotel grounds, you could spend less than baht; @ 31 baht / $1 USD = $6.45 for a meal for two by either sitting down at one of the local restaurants and/or by walking past the 7 / 11 and picking up rice, soups, meats, and/vegetables and taking them back to your room to eat. You can get a nice foot message for 250 baht. And finally I read complaints about airplane noise; I heard about 4 planes fly way above head over a 48 hour stay. They were hardly noisy at all; only worth mentioning to dispell previous comments. And yes some of the staff are English challenged; however they knew English well enough to satisfy our requests.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Great service to and from the airport. This will definately be our planned meeting spot so my wife will never have to pick me up from the airport ever again. We fly in from different countries and we will meet here every time from this day forward.

A nice hotel close to the airport

i chose this hotel because of its location close to the suvarnabhumi airport. a hotel shuttle conveniently leaves the hotel to the airport every 30 minutes throughout the day and night and takes less then 15 minutes to make a one-way trip. for a traveler needing to catch an early morning flight, the location of this hotel is ideal. the neighborhood about the hotel is somewhat industrial and not the most picturesque.
i found the hotel to be very clean and i found the hotel staff to be very friendly and helpful.
on the negative side, i found the buffet breakfast at the sole hotel restaurant to be overly expensive primarily due to the very limited selection of foods to eat. alternative restaurants within walking distance from the hotel are not available although at night street food can be found a few blocks away.

nice hotel 10 mins drive from BKK airport
very smiling happy welcome, served us food at 1am when we arrived. nice room, clean and spacious

all good here, only stayed for 1 night, free shuttle back to airport, very friendly staff. only 10 mins drive to/ from airport. would stay again no problem.

As airport hotels go it is fine - unless you need it for a layover- there is no reason to stay out here. Staff is not exceptional (in either direction) but the room is clean and fresh and if you get it for less than $70 it is an ok deal too.

Ideal for transit Bangkok (third time stay)

Good value and very efficient transfers from airport and return is ideal for overnight transfers. High quality facilities. This is the third time I have stayed here.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Confirm with hotel via e-mail flight arrival time for transfer to hotel, and DOUBLE check return transfer to airport. On paper there are no transfers between 2am and 5am, but they did exist. This is critical for early morning departures.
