Few days in the centre of Bangkok
Location, new and clean rooms / facilities, friendly staff.

Wanted to stay few days in Bangkok for shopping and this hotel was close to Siam Square etc. locations. Area was within walking distance from department stores and malls and public transport (BTS) but still it was quiet and there were lots of local & western restaurants nearby.
Gym and the pool area were not huge but spacious enough and very clean and fitted our needs fine.
Staff was mot polite and friendly.

Convenient location to Bumrungrad Hospital

I chose this hotel due to the location close to the Bumrungrad Hospital. It was a pleasant surprise to be told I had an upgrade when I arrived. Popular hotel due to the location.

Was there for medical reasons. Very very convenien

Great for location and proximity to bumrungrad. However when we checked in and entered the room, there was an air purifier in the room as the housekeeper had forgot it. The room stunk of smoke but concierge insisted that nobody had smoked n the room. Apart from the smell, it was very well located to the hospital. Breakfast was very limited. But at that price, it was ok.

Bad traffic jam

may consider to come back, poor breakfast, friendly staff. On 13 June, waiting for hotel Tuk Tuk at Family Mart for more than 35 minutes, bad traffic jam. From Hotel to Family Mart is just less than 500 meters. The worst part is the driver is asking me to walk back to hotel while rain was pouring. He said the traffic is too bad and suggesting me and my partner to walk back to hotel....
