Back again, stayed at this hotel many times and have never had any problems. The staff have always been professional and friendly. The back rooms face an alley which can get a little noisy in the evening but the noise didn't really bother us since it's just local families doing their thing. All in all, a good choice for Bangkok.

just the third taxidriver found the hotel
A couple friendly hotel, with clean rooms, super breakfast even we are late (after 10:00) friendly reception. Do not use the taxis or tuk-tuks stayin before the hotel, ast the reception for transfer ot the airport or else.

Very Clean. Good service, helpful staff.
We stayed at the Best Western Swana for 5 nights, original reservation was for just 2 nights but it was so nice and comfortable we extended for 3 more. The rooms are modern and very clean and with only a 10 minute walk to Khaosan Road or if you prefer, a 20 Bt tuk tuk ride. It just makes this hotel the perfect place to stay. The inclusive breakfast was far more than we expected. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Shopping Tip : Theres a 7-11 shop across the street from the hotel in case you forgot or need something
