staff very friendly, willing to help with all probelms. Pool very nice, air con good and rooms very clean and modern.
Problems with hot water in shower and toilet flushing.
Good location, would stay again!

no lift, flood in the bathroom when you take a show, not good brakefast, too far from kaosanroad
wifi..doesn't work. i asked fix it. but it fixed at my checkoutday

The rooms is nice & cosy. Very clean & the staff is very friendly & helpful.
There is a problem with their shower. The water is either very hot or very cold even you have adjust it.
Overall we have a pleasant stay. If they improve those minor things, then it would be perfect. It would be nice if they provide more choices or varieties of breakfast selection.
