Spacious Area, clean and tidy room. The staffs are very polite & they provide their best service to the customers. The rooms arranged for me is with smell. This is not apply to my 2 other friends' rooms. We have requested to change room but evetually don't as no more other free room at the similar level As a conclusion, this hotel is value for money as it is really a big room attached with kitchen and living room. It's best for a family as the area is rather spacious! The room is clean and the service rendered is good. I'll definitely recommend Bliston to my other friends. Appreciated that have Agoda for us in getting into this hotel as in fact what we get are more than what we pay.

Location, room size, gym and pool facilities and 24hr free internet in my room. Cleanliness first class and staff very very helpful. Breakfast more than adequate and second TV in bedroom. I travel for 6 months of the year and often get tired of hotels. Bliston however was truly a home away from home and did not feel like a hotel at all. Many of the guests are long term residents and this also gave it a different feel. Staff were really fantastic...one staff member even gave me several long Thai language lessons which proved very helpful. The gym is well equipped and very clean and the steam and dry saunas were great after a good workout. The view over the pool from the breakfast area was refreshing and breakfast itself was more than adequate. The location is outstanding and I was able to walk to nearly everywhere I wanted to go. Will definitely make this my choice of accommodation in Bangkok.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Lumpini Park is only a short walk from the hotel and is a wonderful place to escape the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. You can easily walk through the Park to get to Silom area.

Located in the heart of the city Bliston provides comfort and convenience. A good shopping complex is a couple of minutes walk away and for those who wish to use public transport the sky train is right next door.The Bliston interiors are well done and provide
a luxurious stay for a holiday.A fully equipped kitchen facilitates flexibility and makes the stay a complete experience.A favourite with my family.

Great location, in a quiet street in the centre of Bangkok. Air conditioning was very effective. Rooms were spacious with comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and willing to help. No tour brochures, tour desk or tour information was made available. Air conditioner was rather noisy, Breakfast was fair and staff very helpful.
Internet not working effectively and you had to pay for 30 minutes regardless of whether you used that amount, no credit provided. Not flexible with check out even though the hotel was not fully booked. A clean well postioned hotel in the centre of Bangkok shopping and sky train which is very useful. I had booked a studio room but on arrival I was upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment. Although a clean and well appointed hotel it lacked style and ambience. I was unable to negotiate a late check out despite the hotel's half empty rooms but the staff did allow me to keep my bags in storage and also use their facilities to shower before my flight.
There were no facilities for tour bookings or suggestion of tour operators. Had to search on my own to find tour operators.
Always had plenty of complimentary bottled water in the fridge.
I am not sure if I would stay here again but I did love the location.
Shopping Tip : Close to all the big shopping complexes but also a short walk to Chiltom station which is very handy. Had many spas and massage centres which offered good rates.

-we got upgraded to premium suite from executive cause all were fully booked already by the time we checked in
- buffet was delicious even though there weren't much variety.
- walkable distance to Chitlom BTS
-very accomodating and friendly staff. the front desk speaks good english.
-rooms are BIG and SPACIOUS and complete in kitchen appliances! - our room smelled funny everytime we enter, it's something like a mixture of smelly feet and kept moisture...
- it's a bit far going to Centralworld and Siam Paragon even though the map looks like it's near to the shopping centers. i recommend this hotel for those who prefer to stay in quiet areas. i think this hotel is better for long term stayers rather than tourists, but being tourists ourselves i was also satisfied never the less. the taxi driver wasn't sure how to get here but eventually found his way. i like how the BTS is in very close proximity from the place as well.

3) Poor services The hotel was chosen as it was recommended by a friend who previously stayed there.
The room was impressive and we were upgraded into a junior suite. The size of the room was great! If I had stayed in BKK for work, it would have been a wonderful apt.
Security was a concern as most of the rooms are connecting rooms. My friends had a connecting room which the connecting door was not working. The guests next door could have easily opened the door and went into their room. There was actually a night when my friends returned and were not able to enter their room. Someone was actually in they room and had it locked from inside. We called the security then. Luckily nothing was lost.
I was not impressed by the frontdesk's services as well. I had a document which I need to courier to my customer. Surprisingly, I was told to go to the nearest mall to have the document sent. It's my 1st experience where I stayed in a service apt and was asked to go elsewhere to send my documents.
Overall, the experience staying in the hotel was just fair. Nothing impressive, but something depressive. But I still most compliment the fact that the rooms are indeed very nicely done up.

Bliston is well located and their personnel is polite and allways try to do a very good job. Rooms are big. Rooms not so good (kind of smelly) so you don't feel very good in them. Bliston is near to central locations such as mayor shopping malls in Bangkok. The hotel feels like old,specially because of the wooden furniture (we were impressed for the smell of it, seems to be something like humidity) so for the price you can get better deals in the same area. The personnel gives you a good service and they look to provide a nice experience. The rooms are really big with two television sets and a small living room, but the lack of LCDs and the quality of the appliances make you think about good old times. Is not a bad hotel, but there are better options in the same price range.

Great Hotel . Not a conventional hotel as rooms are serviced appartments consisting of studio one and two bed appartments. Great location just off suhkumvit road easy to walk to shops / sky train.
good breakfast and pleasant pool area. The hotel has a great gym and steam room , small kids play area. I would recomend this hotel and the staff to all . try lumpini park nearby for free sights and sounds. watch out for the monitor lizards in the park
Travel tip : have full kitchens , so great for famillies with young kids

5mins walk to BTS, 10-15mins walk to world trade centre, secured hotel with specific keycard to access the floor, breakfast not much selection but fresh and refine food can be found, swimming pool is clean as we saw staff is testing the water condition with some test tube maybe it's newly rennovated, there is some painting smell when moving in, need to open all the windows and door to get rid of the smell recommend to visitors that need convinence, security and decent hotel room
staff specially the doorman is very helpful
Shopping Tip : 5 mins walk to BTS and 10-15mins to main shopping centre "Central", Big C, Zen...etc

room, facilities, location, and breakfast the space/lobby in the same floor with the apartment seems "dead" and "dark". My stay was wonderful. The apartment is spacious, with a lot of facilities such as laundry, swimming pool. The apartment is clean and neat, however I found that the pillow was too hard. The breakfast was great with a lot of varieties in such a good ambience. The staffs were friendly. I certainly will come back again in the future, because this place is wonderful.

Attractive and good sized rooms, quiet street, close to Skytrain, helpful professional staff, can walk to Chitlom Plaza, good pool and health facilities including clothes washer/dryers. currently being renovated, but won't have any after they are finished. Despite issues we had this stay, I would stay here again. We changed rooms twice, once because renovation was being done on the unit above us that was just too much noise (even though only between 9-5), and then because the next room had a funny smell (again because of something done to the floor). But the staff was very accomodating in moving us to different rooms and gave us free upgrades as well. The one bedroom suite we ended up in was really big with a nice kitchen. Beautiful wood, too if you like that. Great location within a few minutes of the BTS Skytrain and Chitlom Plaza on a nice quiet street. They are also renovating the restaurants, so kind of hard to review that since it will change soon. The interim breakfast buffet is sufficient though not great.
Restaurant Tip : Try the food court on the top floor of Chitlom Plaza. Wide variety of good food selections at very reasonable prices. Also try the Italian restaurant across the street, it was really good. The executive chef is from near Venice, Italy. (we met him)
