The room was very nice for the rate we had and the breakfast was very good. The service at the front desk was lacking. By accident I left my card in the room and was given a VERY dirty look/ and sigh when I asked for another key. As if it is coming out of their pocket. It only takes 30sec. to issue another card. I have been traveling and living in bangkok for the past 8 years and have never been treated so crapy by front desk staff of even 3 star establishments. And this place calls itself a 5. Never again. Big rooms and living areas Smaller dining and buffet breakfast area than the big 5 star establishments. The hotel was a welcome surprise. We were upgraded from a studio to a 1 bedroom suite. It was great! In bedroom cable internet was free, two colour tv's. It is really a boutique hotel in leafy surrounds and backs on to the embassy district of Bangkok. It's a short 10min walk to major shopping malls.
Shopping Tip : Close to all major hotels and shopping malls.

Very good location, close to Chit Lom BTS and a major supermarket at Central World. Both western and asian breakfast included, good selection. A nice hotel for a short or long stay. We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite but with lack of twin beds opted for rollaway in the living area at extra charge. Very noisy air con in the living area. Shower over the bath badly designed and floods the bathroom after each use. Fully equipped kitchen and plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space for those longer stays. Would definitely visit again but as an individual or couple. Not suitable for twin travellers
Shopping Tip : Close proximity to Chit Lom BTS gives you easy access to MBK, Siam Center and Chatuchak weekend markets. Also quick taxi ride to Suan Lum night bazaar

The facilty is great, especially the smart kitchen. The entire appartment is homy, and the location is quite handed. Some facility is aged but still fine, as they are all wood, look quite histroical though. It hides in Tomson street behind the Phlonechit Plaza, but many taxi drivers don't know it and always turn big round. We both like this hotel, very homy, and the facilities are smart, the only disadvantage is the transportation as it hides in the small street, most of taxi driver couldn't find it, but for walking, only a couple mins to the skytrain.

we didn't get any information that the pool area was under major maintenance :(
the room smells if we didn't turn on the aircon.
i do enjoy my stay since they upgraded our room from studio to executive room. though we spent more time on shopping around but it is nice to come back to the hotel and enjoy a relaxing hot tub. too bad we cannot enjoy the pool and the jacuzzi, however the hot tub and the nice madam who gave me the thai massage at the spa is quite helping to refresh my tired bones after a full day shopping. i do love the massage room, it was clean and smell good. hope that the room could have the same smell ;)
the breakfast was nice for a short stay, however for a 4 night stay, it is quite boring to see almost same item served everyday. for me, i love the rice soup and the sausage.
once the swimming pool is done, i will consider to come back to bliston again.

Fantastic rooms! Close to communications. The hotel is situated by a small road close to BTS station Chit Lom. The staff was really friendly and helpful, roomservice quick. Very nice and large rooms, dark wooden style which i personally like very much. Breakfast is ok, the usual stuff with omelettes, rice dishes, youghurts and lots of different fruits. Good value for money. I will come back.

Nice location, close to shops and transportation is a breeze. Internet connection is fast. While coffee, tea, sugar and cream are courtesy of the hotel, I find it a bit inconvenient to ask the housekeeper for fresh supplies every day. It should have been replenished when they make up the room while the guests are out. Bliston Suwan Park has a good location, close to shops, transportation. The rooms are clean, well maintained and tastefully furnished. The staff are courteous and ready to serve the guests.It's good value for money with its nice location and facilities. On the downside, there's no regular replenishment of coffee, tea, sugar and cream. I found that we had to ask everyday for fresh supply. Moreover, unlike other hotels, I was surprised when (upon check-ou) I was asked to pay for my use of the telephone when in fact I used phone cards to make outside calls. The charge is not much but I still find it strange as it never happened to me in other hotels in Asia even in Bangkok.

room is big,everything inside like family house.service in spa is also good.good breakfast! the road at the front of hotel is too drak. is very good hotel for me,the room is big,service is also very excellent.it is very convenience for shopping from hotel.i would like to book this hotel for next trip,i also will recommend this hotel to my friend.but only one regret,the road at the front of hotel is too dark,very scare to go outside at the midnight in first day.
Shopping Tip : near to BIG C.CENTREAL WORLD,MBK,and so on.

Good location. Great rooms - very clean and spacious. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. No wireless internet in rooms, and only point for LAN connection is in bedroom. Restaurant needs wider variety on menu. Breakfast is OK, but limited choices. The Bliston Suwan Park View was truly a blissful place to stay in Bkk. The hotel is extremely convenient for travel by skytrain (just a short walk to the Chidlom station) and also conveniently located to Central Chidlom dept. store, where you can find a good grocery store, banks, B2S (office supplies and printing needs). From the hotel it is easy to reach major shopping and tourists areas, but it is located on a nice quiet street - relaxing to come home to after a hectic day in Bkk. The rooms are exceptionally clean, good amount of space and very comfortable. Fairly nice spa, as well. Staff was extremely helpful and speak English well. The only drawback, as a business traveler, is the business center (really poor). It only consists of a few pcs and printers basically in the lobby. Printing is quite expensive. Overall, I loved this hotel and would gladly stay here again. Great for families and good for business travelers, if you can make do without wireless. Good deal for the price.
Travel tip : I really needed to use the business facilities but didn't find them adequate. There is an office supply/printing/copy store in the Central dept. store (7th floor) located just across the street.

Very kind & help for hotel staff firstly, when i come to hotel, the room is so big. Secondly, The hotel location is very close to MTR station. Lastly, the hotel's staff is very helpful, nice, helpful and kind. Overall, the Tailand trip is wonderful and make a good memory in this hotel. I will come there again for my next tailand trip.

After a few days at a quite poor boutique hotel and 3 days at a very good hotel which was a little tired and surrounded by noisy traffic, the Bliston was a real find as the quiet yet central location, the large comfortable rooms and the excellent facilities made one wonder why anyone would ever stay at the Intercontinental for a smaller room at 3 times the price.
Room service menu a bit limited and they were working on the gym and recreation area so I did not use them much but otherwise there was very little to complain about. I would stay there again with pleasure.
Of the three hotels that I stayed in in Bangkok on this visit, the best by some distance was the Bliston as for not a lot of money you get a great room in a quiet and attracive central location. You are close to transport, shopping centres and many good restaurants so if the weather is on your side there is much to do and see within easy walking distance of this great hotel. Perhaps they gave me a better than average hotel but whatever the case this place must represent the best value in Bangkok.

Good location. 3 min to Chitlom station and Central Chitlom. Yet very quiet and nice view from room.
Good size room, spacious living and bed room.
The spa is very reasonable. Some hotel staff (reception) luck of politeness.
Pool area is in renovation (at the time when I stayed), gym is minimum.
Breakfast is very minimum also.
The most rooms have king size bed. twin rooms are hard to get. extra bed costs 850 baht/day (incl. breakfast) The hotel has a good deal for what it is. Spacious rooms and quietness.
The location is very convenient for shopping.If you don't mind about little tired decor, it's perfect for family and friends stay.
Nothing fancy so couples who seek a romantic time, I don't recommend this hotel.
Shopping Tip : Central Chitlom is a good place to buy food and other things. Starbucks and food court.
If you want a late night massage, Chang Massage is open till midnight, located on Langsuwan road.

room style quite old and breakfast need improve, not many food actually, i m surprise, they hv welcome drinks when i check in at receptionist. quite quiet place hotel. if someone like old style design, it is suitable.
they have many TV channel for select, i m happy i can free upgrade to executive room, so the room around 400" and room view is ok even stay in 9 floor
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : actually is near the bts station,walk around 10 mins to station, but some taxi or "tutu" they dont know where is it, so they might take a little bit time to find.

Cheap, clean, friendly, privately, best location old fashion room design, electric socket need services, buffet very boring, the hotel are very private,in perfect location in bkk. price was very reasonable, house keeping was perfect, the room was very clean even the bath room. Staff are very good to communicate. I will return, and will recommended my friend and fammily.please don't let this comment put any one down. and finally during my stay building work on top of me banging away early morning. but Apart from that i will give 8 out 10. :)
Shopping Tip : one of the most oldest classy department store is jus walking distance away and very easy travel to siam square and mbk the famous shopping mall in bangkok.

Nearby Chit Lom BTS Station / Central Chitlom department store(just 4 minutes walk) and 2 minutes walk to Soi Lang Suan (the street with lot of Italian & French restaurants). Bell boy does not show a smiling face to guests. Good price and good view. Can see Baiyoke Sky Towers. Executive suite rooms are very spacious (w. 70sq.m.). Kitchen and cooking pans are available.
Staying at this hotel allows you to enjoy tranquility but convenient location. Good welcome drink and security (you can only use your room card to activate the lift service)
Nightlife Tip : Star bucks, Ember, Calderazzo, Ma Belma don Italian restaurants and other famous restaurants are available nearby. Just take few minutes walk and next the street corner.
