A friendly hotel tucked away at the end of Soi 4
It was reasonably roomy. The reception and leisure areas were large and the pool area is very pleasant.

the hotel checked us in early - really appreciated after a long flight. the reception staff were very helpful and pleasant. the room was pleasant and clean. the hotel is at the quieter end of soi 4 and has a tuk tuk to take you to sukhumvit road. the fitness centre is very basic.
Travel tip:
Stay away from the entry to Soi 4 unless you are seeking alcohol and company.

Although very close to nightlife still very quiet. Staff was very helpful as we were allowed to check-n extremely early at no surchage (6am) and also coud extend our stay very easily without the need to change the room. Sauna was broken

it was my second stay at this hotel and overall i am satisfied. once you know how it is about in nana 4 you always take the hotel tuk tuk to get to the skytrain. this time i got a room facing the street but it was not noisy at all (maybe i couldn't hear the noise because i got smashed both the 2 nights i stayed ay the hotel). the staff is friendly as usual and i have no complains. in the end i think it is good value for money and i would recommend the hotel - just get informed about the area before

A welcome haven
Great staff, especially at reception. This is a clean, friendly place and is well-located.

We arrived at the apartments at 8:00 in the morning after a twelve hour flight; fully expecting to be told we could not check in until much later. No such thing! After a welcome drink, we were shown straight to our room and were showered and relaxed well before 8:30! Throughout the time we were ther, we were delighted by the warmth of the staff and the cleanliness of the facilities. The apartments would benefit from a bit of paint and a general tidy up, but are excellent value for money and we would definitely recommend them.
Shopping Tip:
If you're looking for standard electronics, a combination of Panchep Plaza and the upper floors of MBK are well worth a visit. It seems you can obtain almost anything between the two of them.

Situated in a quiet place, around 10 minute walk from Sukhumvit Rd., the hotel now offers a brand-new Boss Lounge that accommodates travelers with high quality drinks and without going too far while you feel exhausted at night.
Again, the hotel features nice staff, always ready to respond to your needs; acceptable ambiances, and anything you would expect from a traditional hotel.

We were extremely satisfied when we stayed at Boss Suites 3 years ago and this is why we came back to this place. Unfortunately you could see that the room has got 3 years older - it was not maintained that well, but still ok.
Bathroom comes with a shower with may options, but somehow difficult to master: less would be more. A no go is that the shower at the swimming pool was not really working and the Sauna was broken too.
However, if you're just looking for a clean place with a good price value in a good location it's still a place to go. Wi-Fi is also available in the rooms, but when not having a windows operating system you need to re-login very frequently.

Standard hotel in busy sukhumvit.

The hotel was very standard situated in busy Soi 4. The room was what you imagine, simple, with large bed, flat screen TV, and standard bathroom. It felt a little run down and the room I stayed in was quite dark and looked straight onto another section of the hotel. The gym and pool were also very basic, with the pool also unable to catch any direct sunlight. One redeeming feature was the breakfast. They put on quite a large spread of food and drink in a reasonably sized restaurant. The staff generally felt like they were lacking enthusiasm, although they still got the job done they just didnt add any charm to the place. Its a great place to stay for the location, and if you still want all the facilities of a hotel, but dont expect anything more than that.
