Quiet location not too far from the night life
Polite staff and clean rooms

Stayed for a few days and ticked all the boxes, clean room, quiet location with about a 10 min walk to the night life or a free tuk tuk service is available. Breakfast was fantastic one of the best buffets i have had in thailand.
You really can't go wrong with this hotel considering the price.

friendly staff, clean room
the hotel is located in a good location. tucked away from the busy street, but still within walking distance to all the restaurants and bars.

very friendly and helpful staff. not family friendly as there were "working women" going in and out of the hotel at all hours. perfect for a short stay.

ununderstandable why this hotel received excellent evaluations. allthough only 2 years old it is a pretty worn out place. they showed us 4 rooms - all were the same. the cleaning personnel does not care, our room was totally dusty, meybe they have cleaned the table etc. some weeks ago? old grey towels, cheap unusable shower gel. typical thai hotel, everything cheap and not taken care of. receptionist was friendly and apologized, but this didn´t help. she told us that the hotel is to be sold, a good explanation why nobody cares anymore. a hotel like this is not even 2 stars elsewhere. far too expensive - stay away. you get much better ones for less money.

Wonderful boutiuqe hotel with first class service.
Great rooms, nice pool, and delicious breakfast

second time there, the first time was so good, we booked a second stay there. very nice hotel, very clean and modern, with all the modern amenities. close to sukhumvit night life, shopping, and nana bts station, yet away from the crazy loud bars and drunks.. they have a nice big tuk tuk that will take you to sukhumvit.. this is going to be our new place to stay when in bkk..

great hotel, but rooms are a bit "tired"

Loved our time at the boss suites.Staff were fantastic (even let us check in to our room at 10.30 am).Breakfast was really good too. The only downside was that the rooms were a little tired and that the pool did not get any sun during the day.But all in all I would say it was very good value for money and would return.
Travel tip:
booking online was cheaper than at the reception
