I stayed in one of the suite rooms for originally 3 nights and extended stay to 10 days. Location was at the end of Soi 4 where it is allot quieter than other hotels in the neighborhood. The shower had a broken soap dish so that was a bit annoying. The toilet broke but they sent maintenance up immediately and repaired it. They also sent extra towels up after calling the desk, within just minutes of making the call. Breakfast buffet is not great but not bad either. I think it closes too early because I either miss it or the food is not fresh. The air conditioning could be better but it works if you leave it on by getting a second room key when you check in and leaving it in the card switch. All being said, this is my 3rd stay here and I enjoy it every time.

I had been coming to this hotel for 3 years. This year was a major disappointment. The wifi goes out from 1-2 hours everyday. I ordered room service once. More than 60 minutes to get spaghetti after I went to the restaurant to complain. TV channels suck - no movie channel and only 4 English channels (outside of sports or news.) These are things that should not happen at a supposed 4 star hotel.
