If planning for a tour, shop around first, the tour desk the hotel is providing is expensive.
Shopping Tip : If into jewelries, definitely go to the State-owned jewelry store, it's suppose to be the biggest in southeast asia. The prices and selection are great.

Beautiful cosy hall, good restaurant at hotel, magnificent breakfasts. Greater spacious numbers - we were in Deluxe room. On the contrary a temple. It is a lot of shopping centers beside. A final bus stop, the MRT. Small pool which works only till certain time.

It's a very nice place to stay, nice staff and people. Close to night market and easy to get to Khaosan Road area.

C'est la seconde fois que nous y allons et nous en sommes toujours autant satisfaits car cet hôtel est vraiment très bien situé. De plus, le petit dej. y est excellent (très varié)et les chambres sont très bien.
Faire attention car, à la réception, ils ont essayé de nous "refiler" une chambre standard alors que nous avions demandé une chambre Deluxe.

The hotel is not well-known by the taxi drivers. Some want to take us to the Boss Hotel on Sukhumvit Road.

Very much enjoyed the hotel. Good food, excellent location for sky train and river taxis. Clean large rooms.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Transportation on sky train & water taxis close by allowing easy access to attractions like Grand Palace & week-end market.

Near skytrain, great price, and good food downstairs. Horrible internet connection, flimsy doors so tends to be noisy, don't want to think about a fire in those corridors, located in a dark street. My second time staying at this hotel. It is far away from pretty much everywhere in the city, but the proximity to the skytrain station makes it all okay. Do not try to take a taxi here during late afternoon, because you will get stuck in traffic. The lobby looks really nice and new, but the rooms are a bit dated. Nonetheless a great price for the quality received. Food in the hotel restaurant is pretty good. The front desk staff is a bit curt at times, but nothing to really worry about.
Hotel Feature Tip : When taking a taxi to this hotel, tell the driver to go to the Shangri-La. Every taxi driver knows where that is and you'll pass the Bossotel on the way there as there is only 100 meters between the two.
