Location near the river, not far from China town, near the sky railway. Clean
Difficult to find. High charge for wi-fi.
Good clean hotel convientiantly located in Bangkok. With both gym and small swimming pool. No complaints except the cost of the wi-fi which frankly should be free. Adequate breakfast with all the trimmings.

good communication, most staff members speak some english
rooms where clean, comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful.there was some construction during our stay, but they kept noise and dust to a minimum and only during the late morning and early afternoon. there were many choices on the breakfast menu and everything was very tasty. if we called for room service they were very prompt. the pool is small but very clean. small workout room.

Location, nice spa/massage facilities, decent sized room
Wifi service not free, relatively expensive and not user-friendly
A decent boutique hotel in a nice location. Reception staff can be friendlier and more cheerful. Entire checkout process was conducted in total silence, not even a word of thanks from the girl who processed my checkout. Excellent bell/porter service.

Very well located, Neat and clean environment.
Staff at the Reception does not understand English and their response is very poor.
A comfortably and centrally located property but Taxi driver took us around quite a bit before reaching us the exact location. The property is comfortable but staff other than Bell Boy interact as zombies for most of the queries. Rooms are small but comfortable, breakfast served was sumptuous and delicious. Its closeness to River Ferry, Sky Train and Silom Road makes it an excellent place to stay but for the staff response.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Good Location but poor response from Staff makes stay difficult

Great Location,
Very clean, new and modern
No real cons- just a little quirky to have a choice of carrot cake and chocolate cake at breakfast, but not to have bacon available every morning- it appeared every 2nd or 3rd day.
This is a delightful, smaller scale hotel very conveniently located to the river ferry and to the Skytrain- both of which are excellent transport modes.
Once you know where the hotel is, tell any taxi driver/tuk tuk that you are going close to the Shangrilla Hotel and then tell them to stop at the Bossotel when you reach it. This worked better than the printed thai directions from the hotel.
Room cleaning/service is above average- no skimping on shampoo and towels.
Comfortable beds, good airconditioning.
I'll be staying there again the next time I am in Bangkok.
Shopping Tip : Short taxi ride to the Suan Lum Night Markets- or catch a Sky Train 3 stops to Si Lom and walk.

A really lovely hotel. Very helpful staff, a cool pool to cool off in, relaxing massage and spa, lots of choice with breakfast too, all in all a lovely little hotel.
We really enjoyed our stay at Bossotel hotel! First time in Thailand so were lucky to stay reasonably near all the hustle and bustle without being surrounded by tourists. A clean and welcoming hotel with all the little luxuries of home. Big bonus was the pool-a cool escape from Bangkok's unforgiving humidity.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The massage parlors on the street before the hotel are all great! If you come out of the hotel and turn right and then right again at the end of the street keep going and you eventually get to the sky train.

Central situation good for transfers to the rest of the city. Staff service was exceptional -I come from the hospitality industry and wish I could teach this level of service to others.
My room was used as a smoking room - I am not a smoker, and the smell was irritating. Could not leave a window open as 3 windows opened onto a square - maybe allocated smkoing and non- smoking rooms
As a female traveller on my own, I felt safe and cared for. The central location for river taxis, taxis and tuk-tuks allowed for easy access to the rest of the city. Room standards are good, meals well prepared and a good menu range to choose from. Service standards remained high throughout my visit
Hotel Feature Tip : Availability of a pool, spa, cosy coffee shoparea, combined with good service and a smile made my stay a good memory. if I ever get back there - will rebook at this hotel

We have stayed at the Bossotel 4 times now. Would never stay anywhere else in Bangkok. Located close to everything we deem important in Bangkok and the price is right. Service good. Breakkie easy. transport easy. Nice beds with good pillows. Clean bathrooms. Helpful staff to offer you assistance with whatever you require.

Bossotel Hotel is in a good location , near markets and point of view . Good service .
breakfast : there is just a few choices .
wifi is expensive : 80 baht per hour !
I am very pleased on the room fare and services here . In front of the hotel there are many taxi but they are not meter taxi , they run on the bargain which is quite expensive . The hotel staff speak English very well . I think the hotel have to improve breakfast menu : there are only 4 main dishes to choose from and they are not renewed frequently .
Hotel Feature Tip : convenient , reasonable room fare

Near the skytrain
Nicely decorate rooms
Friendly staff
Not many restaurants nearby
A little distance from the centre of Bangkok
The hotel was beautifully done and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The internet and well as the rooms were good value. The sky train was a 5-10 min walk away from the hotel which was very handy. Only disadvantage was that there weren't many restaurants in walking distance of the hotel.

Silom is less Touristy and a better idea if you don't wanna come to BKK and hang out in Patpong road. Close to Lumpini etc. Clean, hotel staff very friendly - english not a problem, breakfast has a decent selection(for thailand) and the rooms are neat. if booking opt for Deluxe, it's worth the small increase. Travel Agent in reception.
If you don't know Bangkok its a little out of the way but still easy to get to. It's an older but renovated building. Internet is wifi & 80Bhat for an hour(not bad actually).
It is a decent mid priced hotel around the corner from the Shangrila and the Novotel, so cab drivers should know how to get there. USE THE MAP that's on AGODA as this will help. The rooms are decent size and have all 3 star facilities. Recommend deluxe as its a bit better marginally.
Silom is a less touristy area so good for more low key people. Local food round hotel is good and reasonable. Easy to access BKK from here too. I stayed here two separate occasions and recommeded it to friends.
Restaurant Tip : walk towards the 24hour Mcdonalds and head underground to the foodcourt below the mall.
