Families with older children Singapore, May 28, 2012	Boutique hotel with a 5 star service I must say the best thing about this hotel is their service. 9.7 i stayed 3nights at budacco with my family and had a good time there. their staff are very friendly and are always ready with big smiles whenener we pass by the reception. this is even so for the security guard. though the hotel is quite a distance down a narrow alley, signages are clear and it's very easy to locate the hotel. during our stay, one of the senior staff always address me by my name whenver he sees me. when we checked out, their staff even offered to carry our heavy bags to the main road to wait for our taxi. and they even offered us souvenirs from the hotel. what surprises me most is that they refused to accept tips for the all extra service provided.i will definitely stay at budacco whenever i am in bangkok. this is definitely a boutique hotel with a 5 star service!

Setbacks...the room i stayed this time round is facing the residential units. Curtains are white and there r loopholes on the top of the curtain. So dun try walking ard without clothes or even think about changing in the room at night with lights on.--> go to the bathroom.

Room is big and cosy enough, location is very near pratunam market 9.3 although one may need to walk a bit more to get to the hotel, it is definitely worth it as it offers 5 star service and rooms on a shoestring budget. hotel staff are very fluent in english as well, and are always ready to answer any queries. i even had a simple orientation of the room when i was brought to. even though the buffet breakfast does not offer an extensive menu, this is not a major issue as the hotel is located in the central of pratunam market, where one can find lots of street food. best of all, there's free wifi!!

Though there was a electricity power failure, we were calmed down and things were explained to us promptly. The rooms still as clean as before, and practically no complains. Restaurant Tip: head down towards indra regent hotel in less than 1 minute, you'll be able to locate Mcd cafe there if you find breakfast catered in the hotel boring. Have a cup of nice coffee and enjoy the aircon there is the bestest thing to do in a hot summer day.
Shilin L. Couples Singapore, May 26, 2012	Excellent Hotel Service but poor sound proof Very clean room, excellent services! 7.3 We've stayed 2 nights with Budacco. It's so near (5-10mins walk depends on your spped) to/fro the Airport link station but however, the uneven & crowded road from station to hotel was a bit hard to walk with luggages. But we are pretty ok with this. The room is very clean & bright. However too bright when you wake up the next morning. There's not night curtain to block the sunlight! The hotel staffs' service is really excellent. Thumbs up for them!!! The location is next to Baiyoke Sky hotel. But still got to walk into the small lane to enter the hotel lobby. Wifi connection is excellent! The most disappointing thing is the poor sound proofing! We can hear the staffs talking along the corridor while they are doing housekeeping. Don't even want to talk about the loud vacumn sound when they housekeep the rooms! This is even much louder than the stalls operating right downstairs which the many reviews talk about. Overall it's a friendly cosy place!

The staff also took the trouble to help us find a lift landing room for us. Will definitely use this hotel again when I visit bangkok

Families with young children Singapore, May 24, 2012	Friendly service staff and great location 5-10mins walk to Platinum Mall 8 The hotel staffs were very friendly and we were always greeted by their smiles when we enter the hotel. The rooms were pretty clean and bottled water is provided everyday. Location wise, it is pretty near to Platinum mall which is a wholesale place, around 10mins walk.

The boutique hotel is small but it was well decorated. Shopping Tip: Day & Night market & shopping centres within short walking distance, good location.

Groups Singapore, May 24, 2012	Cozy & Warmth Hotel with Five Star Service Service with a Difference 9.3 it's easy to locate the hotel the moment you get off from the cityline train station. the room is clean & cozy and we're pleased with the five star service by the staff especially during breakfast time! cozy and homely feel where i'd definitely book this hotel again!
