I experienced the hot water issue so I went down to the reception at 1 o'clock. I told the staff about the issue so he came up to my room and checked the hot water. It does not work so he called the mechanic who was working in another hotel to fix again and asked me to wait for 30-40 minutes. I start complaining as it is too late and I have to wait another staff to come and check mmy room in the middle of the night. I asked him if I can change to the new room, but he refused (he said the housekeeper will blame him for too many occupied room) and keep asking me to wait the mechanism. When a mechanic came, he found that the hot water system did not working and we was asked to changed the room. I thought it is all I should bear for this poor service. He said that there is no other double room, but has twin room. Alternatively, there is a superior room which have to pay 300 THB more for upgrading. I am so pissed off and deny to pay any single penny for this. Moreover, the internet system is not working too. (there is another indian guy was complaining when I went to the reception)
