Value for money and I like the green policy. Did not expect the Club facilities I am entitled to when I booked online. However, the free internet was not accessible most of the time. Room is a bit small but the king size bed is sufficient to bed my 12 year old daughter. The Spa was fantastic.
Shopping Tip:
I like the bridge to the Central Shopping Complex which is convenient

This hotel is outside central Bangkok, which means less chance of being caught in the traffic jams. Also, there is free wifi which is very convenient for business and work. The room and toilet are great.

The staff at the front desk was rude and not helpful. I would expect more from a hotel with this start rating. There are many great hotels in BKK that are much nicer with superior service to choose from at this price level.

Service is good in general, except the girl at business center was mean and unwilling to help. We spent ridiculous money on opening my email for 1 min to print out 4 pages B & W. She even charged me an hour charge on using the 1 min internet.
If you aren't a business traveler and be sure you wont need the business center, the hotel is fine to stay.

Comfortable business hotel, everything as expected. 2 free bottles of water daily, turndown service.
One note - drycleaning and laundry charges are too high. 200 THB for a shirt to be laundered. No other reliable laundry services nearby. If you have more than 5 shirts, it's worth going in to town. I recommend

We really enjoyed our stay here. When we checked in our original rooms and were advised they weren't ready, we were upgraded to the next category room. The rooms were clean, spacious, luxurious and we had a great view of Bangkok city skyline. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is conveniently located next to a mall and the markets are also in close proximity. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here.
