Great hotel with club service

Hotel was great minus the pool
Stay only during weekend .Visit the weekend night market is a must do .Hotel is connected to a mall. Super convenient with the big mall just beside the hotel.
Hotel serves cocktail food throughout the day. Had caviar during one of the nights. Very good for money. Will stay again

The location of the hotel at a big shopping mall, and it is easy to travel around Bangkok from this hotel, suggest to live in this hotel

really enjoyed my stay, from the beginning to the end.
I checked in and the front desk clerks were excellent. Spoke good english and were very personable.
The room was excellent and had all the ammenities.
The hotel was very clean and looked sharp. Felt like a 5 star hotel.
THe shopping was great, especially having to only walk across the skywalk and parking lot to get in the mall. Great location.

I chose this hotel for location purposes but in fact I am planning on returning just because the staff are so helpful and kind. I came back from a massive shopping trip and immediately a member of staff took my shopping and carried it all the way to my room with genuine concern for my exhausted state. The room was spacious, very clean and I felt it was close to five star instead of other four star hotels I have been to recently (and I stay in a LOT of 4 and 5 star hotels throughout the year.
A slight disappointment was the shuttle service from the hotel to Chatuchak market. As anyone who has already been there knows, a fairly early start is necessary due to the blazing heat. The shuttle leaves either at 7am when all the stalls are closed and doesn't resume an hourly service until 10am which, by this time, means that the heat is beginning to bite! I would be interested to know why there is 3 hour delay for a 10 minute ride to the market...? The public areas are sparce and a few chairs and flowers would make it a bit more friendly but that is such a small point and the hotel is a great find

It is a very nice hotel, very clean staff are helpful. The hotel is nicely refurbished and the room is decorated in modern style. This time my room was upgraded to be Deluxe Suite,so it's more lovely especially the bathroom and bed was comfortable.

This is a nice big hotel with comfortable rooms. Although nice enough they are not particularly spacious and with our little girl in her travel cot we were rather cramped. The hotel is attached to a large shopping mall, but apart from that the location is pretty poor for seeing anything interesting in Bangkok. The hotel charge a massive amount for wifi, which is a huge drawback.

Great location and great room

My friend recommended me this hotel and found that it is in a very good location just beside a mega shopping mall. The rooms were recently renovated and well designed. The hotel also offers great spread of restaurants but you can easily cross over to the mall for more choices. Overall I enjoyed my stay there and will choose this hotel again for my next visit.

Clean accommodations, professional staff. One of the better deals in Bangkok. It is a little far from the tourist area, so commuting is a must, but taxis, busses, and the train are easily accessible. The breakfast buffet, is one of the better ones we have tried.
Travel tip:
For travelers that are new to Bangkok, this would be a good starting point for your adventure.
