It is a very nice hotel, very clean staff are helpful. The hotel is nicely refurbished and the room is decorated in modern style. This time my room was upgraded to be Deluxe Suite,so it's more lovely especially the bathroom and bed was comfortable.

Nice enough hotel, nothing special

This is a nice big hotel with comfortable rooms. Although nice enough they are not particularly spacious and with our little girl in her travel cot we were rather cramped. The hotel is attached to a large shopping mall, but apart from that the location is pretty poor for seeing anything interesting in Bangkok. The hotel charge a massive amount for wifi, which is a huge drawback.

Great location and great room

My friend recommended me this hotel and found that it is in a very good location just beside a mega shopping mall. The rooms were recently renovated and well designed. The hotel also offers great spread of restaurants but you can easily cross over to the mall for more choices. Overall I enjoyed my stay there and will choose this hotel again for my next visit.

Clean accommodations, professional staff. One of the better deals in Bangkok. It is a little far from the tourist area, so commuting is a must, but taxis, busses, and the train are easily accessible. The breakfast buffet, is one of the better ones we have tried.
Travel tip:
For travelers that are new to Bangkok, this would be a good starting point for your adventure.

This hotel is the best option nearest to Chatuchak market. After shopping in the hot day I can get back to my hotel room in the quickest time possible. Location is great with many restaurants and shopping continues in Central Mall.

Good for shooping at central ladprod, easy to get food. Room is clean and new after renovation. Staff are good and friendly. We got the room with no breakfast and wanted to get breakfast there but it was too way much to spend.

Centara located right next to central shopping mall which is super convinient for the trip amd also the hotel has many good restaurants, for the room it is not that big but also not tjat small really suitable for a couple to come and relax.

this was my first time staying at the centara grand ladprao, and i did not regret it one bit. was greeted with a smile by everyone. check-in was smooth, and i was able to get to my room in less than 5 minutes. the bed was very comfortable, and the room was spick and span. my only beef with this hotel is that the internet is not free - baht (about us$26) for 24 hours usage. why oh why can't internet be free, especially at a five-star hotel? even the one-star budget hotels offer free high-speed internet.
Shopping Tip:
This hotel is just adjacent to the wonderful Central Ladprao mall, which has every single brand you can imagine under one roof. There is also the cheaper Union Mall opposite the road, which has a lot of clothes, bags and shoes at affordable prices.
