great hotel in a central location. rooms are nicely furnished and the beds confortable. right in the centre of the city with central world linking to the hotel, bts stations less than 10 minutes walk away.

Good Location, but have to use too many elevators

Had to use to many elevators to go somewhere.
No free Wifi and no newspapers in the room.
Noisy in the room from outside music places.

Overall, the stay is pleasure, mainly due to the great room and location. The amenities are good, the room is clean and I get to choose the type of pillows (feather, soft, medium, & hard). Location wise, it is right next to centreworld, a big shopping mall with cinemas and supermarket (good for stocking up the room bar). It is well connected to Siam BTS, walking distance to siam square, siam paragon, MBK, plantinum fashion mall and many others.
Restaurant Tip:
Ginger restaurant on the 24th floor is a good place for a nice cosy buffet. There is different theme everyday and the price is reasonable. For a Christmas themed buffet for two, its came to about 3500 baht. It came with free flow of spice wine and egg nog. A huge array of international cuisine and Asian cuisine. On top of all, you get a decent view of the city.

Excellent hotel with efficient and friendly staff
beautiful rooms with spectacular views, cosy beds and large bathrooms

After having been affected by the "red shirts" protesters and the riots in May, the hotel is back to normal and everything looks nice as before. The rooms are beautiful and cosy and have spectacular views, the bathrooms are large and the fitness center is furnished with the latest high-tech equipment. The location is right in the city center. The reception and restaurant staff are efficient and exceptionally friendly. I have stayed in this flagship hotel many times and will always like to come back.
Shopping Tip:
The hotel is sitting right on top of the biggest shopping center in Southeast Asia - Central World. It takes just 10 seconds by hotel elevator to get there.

the hotel is very central to all shopping complexes. very easy access to center world shopping mall and only a short walk along the sky access to other malls such as siam paragon and central chidrom.
there are 5 restaurants over all and 55 restaurant on the roof was really very good. wonderful views and the food was pretty good too with the sensible price.
we had upgrade to a junior suite and it was more like a normal hotel room than a suite. it had all mode cons but it didnt feel like suite so we were a little disappointed ,however the bathroom was perfect.
