I have a wonderful time at this hotel, is it about 10 mins walk to Platinum Shopping Mall. The staffs are also very efficient. The breakfast buffet was fabulous!

Excellent facility. Gym, swimming pool and spa are great. You can just walk to their Gym area and enjoy the treat on the other floor.
Location is really perfect! You've got a large mall right beside it.
Buffet and food was very good, 5-star!
Shopping Tip:
It's in the center of BKK. Spend a day or two at Siam area , you can basically find almost everything u need.

My family and I had a late flight out of Bangkok so we only stayed here for the day. I always like to try breakfast, but I'm not sure it was included in our rate anyway. Really, being attached to Central World, there's not another hotel in Bangkok that can beat this location if you want to do some power shopping. The room itself was fine. The bathroom is a strange circular shape, with an enormous circular bathtub. Since my kids were napping, I would've preferred a solid bathroom door instead of the frosted glass. The other thing I would've liked is a lock on the bathroom door to prevent the kids from barging in.
The staff were polite, very busy. Although there were always 5-6 people behind the counter, it seemed like only 2-3 at a time were ever dealing with guests. Others were doing paperwork or something - this might also be the case at other hotels, but here you notice it because they don't have a back office to retreat to.
