We traveled to Bangkok to attend a conference at paragon and this hotel is just a stones throw away. I was very impressed with both the rooms and the restaurants. However, I was a little disappointed with the size of the pool

Really impress about the hotel and service from staff here. The room is great! Very luxury and comfortable with amenities and much more support. Really love and happy to stay here. Wanna come back again because it makes me really happy and relax when I stay here. Enjoy and Love it! Let’s try to stay here if you have a chance
Shopping Tip:
Very easy by step up to Central World. Have many restaurant, movie theater, and other place for relaxing. Nearby platinum fashion mall, siam paragon, siam discovery, central chidlom and kaesorn plaza by bts.

Lovely hotel - dont miss the infiti pool

Staff were ok - good by Thai standards. Our bags weren't brought to our room until I called to remind them. But then they smiled a lot.
Rooms are beautiful and views are stunning. Excellent location for shopping and for night life. The facilities are excellent - pool, spa, sky bar, restaurants, etc.
Hotel Feature Tip:
In the pool area, go past the spa desk to the jacuzzi. There are little zen gardens with private views of the skyline. A hidden treasure.

Great location and all ready for business
The 'Grand' titled name isnt just a name

Booked this hotel for a convention at the same venue. Everything was just great considering the heavy schedule of convention, yet the room was perfect, entertainment was everything you could ever asked for. Not to mention how close this hotel is to nearby malls.
Check out the view at 55th floor, just like the other Centara on Hangover movie.
Shopping Tip:
Nearby malls offered variety of foods and shopping spree.

Room is older than expected

I always wanted to stay at this hotel, cuz of the location, but I wasn't able to book it during chinese new year, so when I got a chance to came across with Agoda.com, the price is a lot lower than before, so I just booked it without second thoughts. The check in process wasn't as pleasant; we got a smoking which I apology that I did mention I want non-smoking one. So we went back to the receptionist again, she said she could send someone to spray the room for us? I dont think any of non smoker would take that kind of offer. I was glad that my friend able to speak thai, and eventually we got the non-smoking room.
If you ask me about the comparison, which I stay at Grande centre point terminal 21 and Centara world, I will pick the first one.
