it's my first time to stay in this hotel and i will definitely introduce it to my friend to stay here... service is good, room is big and nice, and most of all, the mall is just connected to the hotel. and right and left are also malls. perfect!

location - indoor connected to the central world

the location seems convenient but indeed it's quite a long walk from hotel room to the central world center. would prefer other hotels in the area given the price gap is so close. Services (e.g. staff responses/language ability and and facilities -- shower water outlet needed plumbing) arent as good as its 5-star counterparts. This one should only be a 4 star.

The Hotel is situated in a very convenient location especially for shopping and dining. However, room amenities provided and dining in the Hotel F&B outlets made and my family feel diappointed.

Excellent hotel, Suite & Location. No Complains
The Suite was perfect, the Club lounge was gorgeous and the Central World Mall is the best Mall in Bangkok

A very relaxing end to our longish trip after we spent some time in Bangkok earlier on and also in Samui. This was the perfect wind-down after all the hustle and excitement of previous days. Excellent hotel equipped with all features and benefits and best part was the mall that had everything, especially great food.

Very convenience, easy access to CentralWorld, the largest shopping center in Bangkok and Thailand. Very nice Bangkok view. The check in can be very busy during 12:00-16:00, come early, check in and if you have to wait, you can spend time shopping and dining at CentralWorld. There are variety kind of Hi-end to mid brand fashion, 2 department stores, very big sports section and plenty of restaurants for you to choose.

Location good, but lots of time in elevators

the room was spacious for the price and quiet. on top of central world shopping mall it is convenient to local shopping and the offices at central world. yet, i found it inconvenient with so much time in elevators and waiting for elevators. elevators from the ground level entrance to the 23rd floor lobby. long waits for elevators to guest rooms. best part of the hotel is an excellent fitness center -- large and well equipped.
