Good hotel with great roof bar

We had a lovely stay and found it great value. The spa is fantastic we both had excellent massages. They were pricier than you're average spa on the street but well worth it.
Restaurant Tip:
The Long Table is a great restaurant with excellent food.

this is the third time we have stayed here and we will definitely return for another visit. the rooms are clean, spacious and are well put together. the hotel has some of the best facilities you will possible find. we particularly enjoyed the gym and spa. the sky train is in walking distance which is a great bonus! however we found the hotel food and drinks to be extremely expensive. altogether a great hotel. love coming here!

Staff are great but rooms in need of a makeover

Located in the complex of Central World shopping complex the hotel is ready for all serious shoppers. The staff were very professional, particularly the conciege who went out of their way to help after a busy day shopping. The restaurants offer a world class array of food and have excellent views of the city - best viewed at night and not in the heat of the day.
The room was quite disappointing. It was dated and in need of a makeover. The furniture was old, curtains and carpet dark and old and the bathroom was tired.
With so many other newer hotels opening up Centara will need to urgently makeover the rooms.

I am very impressed by the friendliness of the staff from the ball boy to the check in and check out receptionist staffs.
i always stay at their execute room and Their room is spacious , clean, comfortable bed and very prefect.

They serve excellent and wide variety of international food for breakfast.
The shopping center is just below, excellent location.

I got the shock of my life when I first entered the room they gave me--someone else was already occupying it. The Red Sky Bar though was amazing.
Travel tip:
Prepare to walk. Traffic is awful in this area.
