Good location with great service.

Stayed two nights, great location, quiet, great sleep and service with a smile. The staff were helpful and friendly, received super service from the security guards who hailed cabs and helped with directions to where we wished to go. The free tuk tuk ride up to the main road and skytrain station was wonderful, it helped us to get our bearings. The breakfast buffet was a delicious way to start the day and changed daily. We look forward to staying there again when we are back in Bangkok.
Travel tip:
Villa Market is across the street and down a lane. Good for imported food and snacks. Lemon Farm is a organic food store that has yummy food to either eat there or take back to the hotel. Turn right as you exit the hotel's front entrance and walk a few blocks towards the skytrain station.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile

The hotel is located near Chitlom BTS about 7mins of walk. However the hotel provide transport service to & fro Chitlom BTS with it tutu. This come very handy after a long tired walk in Bkk central. The staffs are also very helpful and always service with a smile.

The best service
Peaceful place ; not in a crazy traffic street

I love this place , i feel like home than hotel . The hotel is standing on one way street , therefore isn't so busy & traffic . The staffs and security guards are helpful , smile , kind . She upgrades room for me .,Thank you so much . The room is very nice . I recommend this place
Shopping Tip:
You can go Siam Paragon by BTS . All the big malls are very close by to this hotel .

I book one Deluxe and one Deluxe Zensation and finally get the same size of room. I do not know why there are price difference.
Anyway, clean and tidy room. Again, location is not that great.
