Good hotel for business travellers

Excellent location near the sky train. Walking distance to good resteraunts and bars. Near a mall. Staff friendly. Business centre ok. No outdoor swimming pool but the gym is good.

Poor service and bad maintances

we check in at 11.00 and the hotel inform me the power is out until 4.00 p.m. and ask us to come down to lobby and wait.
I do not accept this is a good arrangement and manager offer me
free lunch and upgrade and we accept, after lunch power back on, manager said now the power back on no more room up grade.
Hotel lobby is small but nice, room is not luxury at all.
Swimming is small and with street car noise.
For the same price, other hotel is the same area is much better.

Location is good near a lot of shopping mall and train station

A pleasant hotel in a central area for all attractions. Rooms are clean with all facilities available. I was a little concerned that having arrived before the 2pm check-in time , there was an 'early' check-in charge that equated to almost the cost for a nights stay! I refused this and when I asked if they could put my valuables in the safe so that I could wait for my room to become available I was told 'no have for take care of valuables'. On the whole a pleasant stay only marred by the initial problems at reception.

I had a very good stay and stayed for several days including during my birthday the staff was considerate enough to give me a gift and a birthday card on my birthday that was a very nice surprise i also enjoyed the breakfast and the clean linens and clean bathroom.

The hotel is just at the center of Bangkok. You are easily access to various famous mall of the city. The room is spacious and well furnished. The breakfast provided by the hotel is also desirable.
