Good location and nice hotel

The security is not foolproof.
After I inserted my room card key and press my room level, there are other customer who rushes into my lift and able to press other level without inserting their room card key.
In other words, only one card is required hence, the security can be quite poor.

delighted to be upgraded to a bigger room with great view. bed is good and clean. checking in & out is a breeze. great to have tuk tuk service to the station. would be better if :
1)there is a scheduled time to pick up guest from the station
2)free coffee & tea in the room ( only water available)
3)tissue no where to be found (only toilet roll available)
4)breakfast to have more vegetarian options available.

Great Hotel with good location.
Close to the Wine Bridge Pub.

I was the great stay, the hotel is situated very close to the Wine Bridge Pub, a very popular pub in Bangkok. We could just go there after our long day, had a few drinks before going back to the hotel and had a rest. It is located very close to the shopping mall called Central Chidlom as well, close to the skytrain.

I have to say that before we arrived we were a little concerned about booking in to the hotel as our arrival time was well after 2am and the stated latest book-in time was 12 midnight. On arrival our fears were quickly allayed as we were greeted with smiles and "processed" very quickly and efficiently. The room was bigger than we expected with a large kitchen area with dining table, comfortable living area with 42" TV, a work bench/table off to the side for computer etc. and through to the bathroom and bedroom with its own 32" TV. We were staying only a few days but would have felt very comfortable had it been a few weeks. The layout and design is modern with a huge amount of built-in storage space. The decor and cleanliness was excellent and as it turned out, the servicing was also excellent. Breakfast was served in the main restaurant area and was fantastic with a large range of Thai and Western style dishes, a huge choice that should certainly please anyone. We also had lunch one day which was a more than adequate meal (actually delicious) and at a very reasonable price. The service and treatment we received during our stay was impeccable and I would certainly recommend staying either short-term or long-term. The hotel position is aimed more at the business traveller but as tourists we had no difficulty visiting the main tourist spots via taxi. There was only one small detail that puzzled us, and that was that although all the facilities were there to make early morning tea & coffee in the suite there were no tea or coffee ingredients and as short-term visitors I would have thought, a must. I do admit though that we never bothered to ask at reception. That aside, we would thoroughly recommend this hotel, especially if you want relative peace and quiet away from the "tourist throngs".
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Be sceptical of taxi drivers offering to take you to tourist spots and restaurants at a more than reasonable daily rate. Chances are that it is similar to the 40 Baht Tuk-Tuk drivers scam which results in visits to commission giving retailers, and tourist spots costing you more than you would expect.
