Central location, close to all forms of transport and a comfortable hotel.

I could not see any thing wrong with this hotel

The Centrepoint Executive Apartment was very comfortable place to stay for me. I was able to go everywhere from this location with ease. Breakfast was great and very satisfying indeed. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends travelling to Bangkok as the price was also very competitive.

Clean big room with a balcony and very friendly and professional staff Sells as serviced apartment, but really providing an excellent and complete hotel service Excellent location for shopping - especially the IT mall in Pantip Plaza

Amenities in the room could be improved - Better TV set required, wifi too slow (but free), bathroom amenities to be improved Located in small Soi 15 with a lot of traffic and no pavement to walk on.

This was en extension of my stay as I had found the hotel such good value for money that I did not want to change for the rest of my sojourn in Bangkok. The price I paid was really low compared to what I got, and in this I am comparing with other hotels I used in Bangkok during the same trip. I have to mention again the excellent buffet breakfast included in the price, with the Asian part of the menu changing each day. Very good commercial surroundings for shopping offering goods for every taste. Overall a very good experience and I will definitely use this place for my next visit to Bangkok.

Shopping Tip : During the stay my laptop crashed. And I got excellent immediate service from one of the IT shops in Pantip Plaza delivering back the computer to me completely redone within 4 hours. Something that I know from experience would have required a delay of 2 to 3 weeks in other countries. For any traveller interested in IT visit Pantip Plaza, the closes big ball to the hotel.

Location, staff friendliness, food.

Availability of foyer internet access.

My wife and I stayed for six nights in May. This was one of the better places we have stayed in our 16 visits to Bangkok. For the price, there was practically nothing to complain about. Coffee and tea facilities were available in the foyer all day, the breakfasts were good, with just enough variety and plenty of the basics. The staff were always friendly and our stay was quite enjoyable. Would stay there again.

Restaurant Tip : For value and variety you can't beat the Food Hall at the Platinum Centre, particularly if you are on a budget.

This serviced apartment as they call it, but in reality a good hotel surprised me by its quality and value for money. The price I paid was really low compared to what I got, and in this I am comparing with other hotels I used in Bangkok during the same trip. Excellent buffet breakfast included in the price, and offering a different asian menu each day. Very good commercial surroundings for shopping offering goods for every taste. Overall a very good experience so much so that decided to extend and spend the rest of my stay in Bangkok in that hotel.

Travel tip : If you like good traditional Thai food in a green surrounding try the 'Once upon a time' in Soi 19. Located in a green garden in spite of a highly built area all around, this small restaurant offers great food for a very reasonable price, and also great service from the waiters. Within a short walking distance for the Centrepoint hotel

Convenient and easy access to shopping, food and the places that I normal frequent. Breakfast consistent and good quality Staff courteous and friendly

Do not allow early check in despite early arrival. However if the guest leaves early these are not taken into account especially when I am quite a regular visitor to this hotel

Highly recommended for family and business stay. Have been recommending friends to stay in this hotel and they are equally impressed and satisfied. If only they track and keep record of frequent visitors so that better preferential treatment can be accorded whenever required.

Restaurant Tip : Very near to Somboon restaurant - one of the best Thai-Chinese restaurants in Bangkok.

Room size was excellent, location perfect for the avid shopper, amenities was good, free inroom internet, restaurant was great and value for money

Internet was a bit slow to conduct business

Woudl recommend this hotel for the Bangkok shopper. Close to whatever you need and only a stones throw to the Night Plaza.

Restaurant Tip : Eat in the restaurant as it is good and inexpensive

Some of the best hotel staff I've encountered since my year traveling throughout Thailand. The hotel is a very business and professionally run place.

breakfast was repetitive.

The bathrooms were modern and clean, beds comfortable. Full kitchen was really great and free wireless. Thoroughly enjoyed stay here and would highly recommend to any one here on business or even vacation. Great staff were always friendly and helpful.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Watch out for Tuk Tuk right outside the hotel they will try and rip you off.

Good clean and very well kept hotel. Guest Rating: 9.3

Very good location, friendly staff excellent food and comes with free wireless internet.

very happy and I can not find areas that need improvment.

Very nice hotel, very well managed, comfortable rooms, with good facilities and excellent airconditiong. Buffet breakfast is more than good in variety and quality. The hotel location is suitable for anybody who does not want to be in centre of the night life area, yet it is still within a short ride to Sukhomvit. Despite the hussle and bustle and the noise at the main Petchburi Road, the hotel is surprising quite and does offer an oasis of peace and tranquility. Moreover, the hotel seems to attract well to do clientele that seem to appreciate such qualities. Most importantly, the hotel rooms are very well kept with very comfortable beds, new linen and towels which is unlike many of the four star hotels in Bangkok that often have a very tired look and the feeling that such hotels are well passed their "Refurbishment dates" I will stay there again, for sure.

Shopping Tip : The hotel is located just across from the famous Pantip Plaze which is shopping paradise for computer and gadget adicts; also next to Pratunam market known fot bargain prices clothing.

Excellent room. Big and clean. Excellent location. very nice pool and brakfast.

The check in time is rather late. 14h. And there are high extra charges to access the room earlier.

The Centerpoint is a very nice hotel. Well located. Rooms are big with full services, including very good internet connection in the room, free of charges. This is much appreciated. Securoty is very high. The pool is quite nicely layed out and invite for a quick dip after a day of work. The only negative point is the rather late check in time:14h. Whe you have travelled long distance, the first thing you want is access to your room and a shower. And there are high extra charges to access the room earlier.

Great rooms, awesome breakfast and nice pool

Shower

The hotel was great for the money. The location was very easily accessible to food, shopping and you can hop on a tuk tuk or taxi and go anywhere right outside the lobby. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. The shower however is very unpredictable. The water is extremely cold than extremely hot. It is actually dangerous bc it gets so hot. The breakfast is phenomenal but be sure it is included in your stay bc it is also fairly expensive. The staff was very kind and helpful. We arrived at noon and teh check in is at 2. They front desk tried to charge us half the cost of a nights stay to check in 2 hours early. That was a disappointment. All in all I do recommend this hotel.

Close to Central World, Fashion Mall, Pantrip Plaza

Don't have good restaurants closeby except Burger King. Travel to Siam Paragon very difficult by Taxi; have to go around (very far) because cannot U-Turn to go to the other side of the street. Do not buy Breakfast (very limited food selection and not very good).

For the money it was a good hotel, large space with own balcony. TV channels were good with HBO and Cinemax. I stayed here twice same trips and noticed the water temperature were not constant and towels were old with "yellow stainned". The foods were no good at all and juices were not "real juice"; orange juice tasted like "Tang". Watched for Taxi and Tuk Tuk right outside the hotel (no meter routine and demanded fixed price to airport). By the way, there is no BTS near the hotel and staffs were cold.

Restaurant Tip : Go to Floyd restaurant inside Grand Diamond Hotel; good and cheap foods.

Location is great if you like to live close to the malls and Siam Square (10-15 minutes walk). Rooms are of good size and offers free internet access in the room (rare in Thailand). Breakfast buffet was very extensive and of good quality.

Everything fine

So far the best value for the money hotel I found in the Pratunam area. I cherish the free internet access and the location. The breakfast buffet deserves praise in terms of selection and quality. I will probably use this hotel for my future trips to Bangkok as well as it is better than the other choices i found so far.

Travel tip : The computer market is just a few minutes away if you need some electronics. The major malls (CEntral world, MBK etc) are within 10-15 minutes walk.
