The room's size is great. Location very central and walking distance to eateries, massage & shopping. Good beef noodle just 1o mins walk from hotel. Turn to the right from hotel. very good massage. First shop on the right. Breakfast variety was good and my parents enjoyed it every morning. My daughter enjoyed using the pool.

The floor is quite dusty. However housekeeping staff was quick to respond and clean it immediately. Should give basic things like tissue papers. Had a hard time looking for the entrance to the hotel and also the lobby.

We missed the entrance of the hotel. Entrance to the hotel can be improved. Guard was not so helpful as he asked us to drive to the carpark. Hence had a hard time looking for the lobby. However was abit relieved when entered the lobby. At least had the feeling at last that we are in a 'real' hotel. Staff was helpful and obliging. Another pleasant surprise when we entered the room. My daughter and sister let out a "wow'. We love the look and size of the room. Feels very comfortable. Traffic outside the hotel was bad however location very central. We can walk to shopping areas, massage just outside the hotel and eateries. Overall we will go back to this hotel and will recommend to friends.

Travel tip : Love the beef noodle. Walk out of hotel and turn right. Walk about 10 mins. Cheap and delifcious.

Very generous rooms, an apartment actually. With thoughtful amenities. Excellent cleaning service. Good pool, sauna, gym. A very manageable place, well-run place.

Some noise can be heard from other rooms, if the levels rise above normal. Especially true in the case of children.

An excellent place to stay. Central, reasonable, large rooms, a small but good pool, a spendid breakfast service. High quality, helpful staff at all levels. The staff takes their work seriously and seems interested genuinely in the well-being of their hotel.

Restaurant Tip : Paragon (centre?,mall?,place?) has a gourmet supermarket and food hall for eating. The prices are to be expected in the market, but reasonable in the food hall. There are many choices of food at many different food stalls. The table level aquariums are wonderful entertainment while dining.

This hotel is awesome value for money, it has excellent service and facilities. The buffet breakfast is just great with something for everyone. I stay here every time I am in Bangkok. The location is 2 mins walk from Pantip Plaza for all your IT stuff, then 15 min walk to Siam Square, MBK, and countless other shopping areas. 5 Mins to the Skytrain also.

The hotel ambience is great. very relaxing and soothing.

The hotel is rather quite quiet. the location of the hotel is rather quite far from the main street even though it is linked to the emart.

The location of the hotel is quite far from the main street, if one were to return late to the hotel at night. Even though the hotel is linked to the mini-mart, located at the main street, but it will be closed at around 10pm. After reaching bkk, one would want to get access to the room and having a shower, but for early checking there are high extra charges. But the hotel is great, if one enjoy american style breakfast, even though there is no much varieties. There are whole-saler malls near this hotel, which I preferred. I think if were to given a chance, I would try to stay at this hotel for the comfort and relaxing environment.

Large spotless room; generous breakfast buffet Attractive swimming pool and comfortable lounge chairs

Being asked for 1000B damage deposit immediately upon arrival. Only one glass in bathroom Bathroom door would not stay open, so as you stood at the sink, it would knock into you from behing

We arrived at 5 am, after an over night bus ride from Mae Sot; tired, groggy, just wanting to go to bed. While we were politely welcomed, we felt that the abrupt manner we were asked for the 1000B damage deposit left something to be desired. We have no objection to providing the deposit, but perhaps an explanation for it would be helpful. Our room was comfortable and well lit, a big plus! The breakfast buffet was more than generous. We had a little trouble finding cutlery to eat with; have you considered putting forks, knives, and spoons out in one central location for diners to help themselves? The pool was delightful; clean and attractively landscaped. Also the deck chairs were comfortable. The staff did an excellent job; promptly and efficiently. Good value for money. Thank you

Rooms well laid out, plasma tv with dvd/cd/MP3 player, breakfast from 6am included - great selection. Good gym, pool(until 10pm).Staff excellent...all requests attended to no problem espec security at gates/door

no air cond in floor hallways, lifts. Lack of restaurants in area.Tea/coffee facilities to make your own but you must supply ingredients.

Stayed in Junior suite (it is economical). Travelled to Bangkok 10/12 times and normally stay 5star+ but decided on a change.Cannot give enough praise and WILL DEFINITELY stay on future visits. 10 min walk to skytrain, further 10 mins to MBK shops/Siam Square(could take skytrain). Well located for Pratunwam markets(Clothing). Opposite Pantip Plaza(electonics - copy dvds). Anywhere is 20 min walk/ 5 min taxi.

Shopping Tip : No need to go to MBK or anywhere else esp for clothing/electronics/souvineers.Stalls in laneways behind Amari Watergate Hotel(3 mins up from here)give access to "wholesalers"- buy min of 3 items (mens shirts from 120 baht. You must venture into all these laneways. DO NOT consider buying elsewhere. Catch skytrain to Mo Chit on Sat/Sun for local markets called Chatachuchak- everything is there but the experience and size of it cannot be explained- go every time we are there.

Central location, close to all forms of transport and a comfortable hotel.

I could not see any thing wrong with this hotel

The Centrepoint Executive Apartment was very comfortable place to stay for me. I was able to go everywhere from this location with ease. Breakfast was great and very satisfying indeed. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends travelling to Bangkok as the price was also very competitive.

Clean big room with a balcony and very friendly and professional staff Sells as serviced apartment, but really providing an excellent and complete hotel service Excellent location for shopping - especially the IT mall in Pantip Plaza

Amenities in the room could be improved - Better TV set required, wifi too slow (but free), bathroom amenities to be improved Located in small Soi 15 with a lot of traffic and no pavement to walk on.

This was en extension of my stay as I had found the hotel such good value for money that I did not want to change for the rest of my sojourn in Bangkok. The price I paid was really low compared to what I got, and in this I am comparing with other hotels I used in Bangkok during the same trip. I have to mention again the excellent buffet breakfast included in the price, with the Asian part of the menu changing each day. Very good commercial surroundings for shopping offering goods for every taste. Overall a very good experience and I will definitely use this place for my next visit to Bangkok.

Shopping Tip : During the stay my laptop crashed. And I got excellent immediate service from one of the IT shops in Pantip Plaza delivering back the computer to me completely redone within 4 hours. Something that I know from experience would have required a delay of 2 to 3 weeks in other countries. For any traveller interested in IT visit Pantip Plaza, the closes big ball to the hotel.

Location, staff friendliness, food.

Availability of foyer internet access.

My wife and I stayed for six nights in May. This was one of the better places we have stayed in our 16 visits to Bangkok. For the price, there was practically nothing to complain about. Coffee and tea facilities were available in the foyer all day, the breakfasts were good, with just enough variety and plenty of the basics. The staff were always friendly and our stay was quite enjoyable. Would stay there again.

Restaurant Tip : For value and variety you can't beat the Food Hall at the Platinum Centre, particularly if you are on a budget.

This serviced apartment as they call it, but in reality a good hotel surprised me by its quality and value for money. The price I paid was really low compared to what I got, and in this I am comparing with other hotels I used in Bangkok during the same trip. Excellent buffet breakfast included in the price, and offering a different asian menu each day. Very good commercial surroundings for shopping offering goods for every taste. Overall a very good experience so much so that decided to extend and spend the rest of my stay in Bangkok in that hotel.

Travel tip : If you like good traditional Thai food in a green surrounding try the 'Once upon a time' in Soi 19. Located in a green garden in spite of a highly built area all around, this small restaurant offers great food for a very reasonable price, and also great service from the waiters. Within a short walking distance for the Centrepoint hotel

Convenient and easy access to shopping, food and the places that I normal frequent. Breakfast consistent and good quality Staff courteous and friendly

Do not allow early check in despite early arrival. However if the guest leaves early these are not taken into account especially when I am quite a regular visitor to this hotel

Highly recommended for family and business stay. Have been recommending friends to stay in this hotel and they are equally impressed and satisfied. If only they track and keep record of frequent visitors so that better preferential treatment can be accorded whenever required.

Restaurant Tip : Very near to Somboon restaurant - one of the best Thai-Chinese restaurants in Bangkok.

Room size was excellent, location perfect for the avid shopper, amenities was good, free inroom internet, restaurant was great and value for money

Internet was a bit slow to conduct business

Woudl recommend this hotel for the Bangkok shopper. Close to whatever you need and only a stones throw to the Night Plaza.

Restaurant Tip : Eat in the restaurant as it is good and inexpensive
