Centre Point, Wireless Road, Bangkok! 2nd Visit
Great location, close to all the shopping and so easy to get a taxi right outside the hotel. Pool and gym are good, especially at this price.

A second stay at this hotel for me, so that speaks volumes. Extremely good value and the staff are lovely, as are most Thai hotels. Breakfast is included in the room rate, and is satisfactory, with plenty of choice. I will always use this as a first choice, when making shopping trips to Bangkok from my home in Oman. Great job, well done (again)... Taxi from airport to hotel will cost 300-500 baht, so really quite cheap to get around.
Shopping Tip:
Sian Lum Night Market, and MBK for a laugh, a beer and plenty of fake goods. High end shopping available in the area too.

Centre Point - a great place to return to
This hotel has an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. From the moment you step off the street into the foyer, you feel relaxed. The noise of the city disappears and you are greeted warmly by staff at the check-in desk.

I boked the room on the internet, and it was a straightforward and easy matter to do so. I received the confirmation within a few minutes. Being located in a busy area of Bangkok, I was a little worried that it might be surrounded by other high-rise buildings, and without a view. But in fact the area is still quite green. As I said, you feel a sense of peace as soon as you step into the foyer, and this is great after a busy day in the office, or out shopping, or sight-seeing. The rooms are very well furnished, and extremely comfortable, and there is everything you are likely to need. A small, but well equipped kitchenette means you can even prepare a light meal for yourself, rather than having to go out to a restaurant. And within walking distance, there are enough shops to buy some basic provisions. The staff were friendly and courteous, the buffet breakfast was excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed my short visit. I will be going back to stay at Centre Point again..!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The location of this hotel is a very short distance from the Skytrain terminal, which makes it great for getting about, without needing to use taxis etc.

We have stayed at this Centre Point hotel several times really enjoyed our stays, all the staff were very helpful. The hotel has a nice pool, exersise room, squash-court, Jaquzzi and sauna. It is really easy to get to and from; known by many taxi drivers. Breakfast was well presented with a wide variety of food available (Thai curries have been recently replaced this Chinese items). Internet was included as a complmentary service

Generally Good but it's a bit uptight not relax
Clean. Bathroom as new all marble surfaces. Shower is powerful. higher floor has city view. Breakfast good quality.

If you plan to do shopping then this hotel is not ideal. Going to MBK and Siam Paragon is to walk from hotel to Chi-lom station then 1 stop to Siam station which is quite easy. But coming back when hands full of bags (after a whole day walking it's really heavy) you're forced to jump onto a taxi or tuk tuk which 10 out of 10 went around a few blocks due to there is no right turn from the main road. Even though it's only just down the road we paid average $70 baht for every return trip. Money isn't the main problem it's the stress having to deal with the taxi driver then taking 1/2 half to get back.
This hotel will be great for business trip. We went for holiday it doesn't have that relaxing feel. Everything is uptight and tidy, down to the bacon on the breakfast tray were monitored and re-tidy up every 2 mins when they got messed up from the guests...
Reception staffs not as friendly as the door man.
We'd not be staying in this hotel for holiday in the future but will consider for our business stay.

Centre Point Wireless hotel is located as the name says on Wireless road. There are other hotels with the name Centre Point, so initially the taxi driver went to the wrong address. The hotel is sky scraper high and offers a tremendous view from the upper floors. Each rooam as a studio, with a small pentry. Good value.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The sky rail station is nearby. Use it for cheap access.

It was a good hotel and good location. The room was nice but the air condition did not work properly. It took so long to get to 25 *C. I liked the swimming pool and breakfast. Overall,it was worth it to stay here.

Centre Point Wireless Road is clean, comfortable and good value if you get a good rate. It was quiet too. I could have used more pressure in the shower. In-room safes are convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful at all times. I had some suits made and the tailor delivered them four days before my return, but Centre Point was happy to keep them safe for me and brought them up to my room when I checked in. Breakfast was fine. I can't think of many recommendations, except to improve the coverage of the wireless internet.
Restaurant Tip:
There are great restaurants just west of the hotel; a variety of cuisines and price ranges, but I didn't go wrong.
