i was generally very happy with centrepoint hotel apartments the delux rooms are big and comfortable and the starf were friendly and helpful. the hotel has good fasciitis and is in a good location for exploring bangkok.

Nice hotel but shower sucks...
nice and clean rooms, good food, very good personel, very well located for shoppers

Everything was fine except the shower system... the water coming out of the shower was either boiling hot or freezing cold... even after complaining the system remained unchanged.
Also I would suggest that the hotel should run an airport shuttle service at fixed hours (i.e. 7AM, 10AM, etc.) as street taxis tend to put aside their meters for airport service...
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
I highly recommend the candle light dinner cruise on the Chao Praya

I've stayed many times over the last 30 years it's one of my favourite hotel. most of the hotels in this area are good.
This is the place to be, if staying in BK.

Great location but average lobby

The breakfast is really great, full of western food and Thai food, with 0600-1030 hours.
The location is great, but not outstanding, since wherever we go, we will pass the cross at Dusit Hotel.
Taxi service is provided.
Pay attention, NO SPA service. But many massage shops just at the entrance of the hotel.
Lobby is not very large, compared to other 4 star hotels at Hong Kong. And the main entrance is not very easy to find if you by your self.

Great Location, Great Hotel
The breakfast had a great choice of foods and all well prepared, the location for shopping is also truly great

The stay is one of the best we have had in Bangkok, the staff are freindly and assistive, the location is great if you are looking at shopping, the rooms are well maintained and comfortable, we enjoyed the breakfast by the pool each morning, simply a great stay.

our second time to book in this hotel and certainly we reaped the benefits of staying here. my wife loves to shop and it is just walking distance to her fav shopping malls. we enjoyed the food as well!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
platinum mall a favorite by filipinos is just a short walk.

location was excellent opposite platinum mall and proximity to pratunam market. free wifi in the room was always a plus point for all travellers looking to connect to the internet with smartphones. will always choose to stay there due to its proximity to the massage houses for a relaxing rub down after a long day walking about.

this is our third stay at this hotel. its a good place to stay when you have two kids. very nice staff who are prompt in their attention and very helpful. good rooms, good breakfast and a very nice location to shopping malls and street shopping.
Shopping Tip:
Plan to visit on a weekend and then go to Chatuchat Weekend market. You can get all kinds of stuff at fabulous prices.
