I stay at this hotel every time I travel to Bangkok. The rooms are large and spacious. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The pool provides a good relaxation from the hustle and bustle outside. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent for shopping for clothing and IT and Computer equipment in the Malls adjacent to the hotel. The is cheap street food available in the stalls on the street outside the hote.

wow! my new 'go-to" hotel in bkk

this is an exceptional hotel especially for the modest price. the hotel is a bit older than some others in neighborhood, but has been completely updated inside. great large modern rooms, clean, beautiful, great food and breakfast buffet, salt water pool, friendly staff and superb location for shopping in pratunam. i can not say enough about this spectacular hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
if going to the pool... get there before 9am to catch the suns rays. after 1230-1pm the building blocks the sun. but so so refreshing either way!!!

Good hotel near shopping district but far from BTS

Was given an early check-in upon arrival at 12. A twin bedded room was given @ level 7 instead of level 28 where my other family members were staying as they wanted king bed. To our horror, the beds were directly facing the dressing table mirror, there was a horrible paint smell in this room and no show curtain in toilet which makes the area very slippery and prone to falls. Lacking of cooking utensils unlike the other member room which were well equipped with microwave, toaster, cooking pots etc. They even had daily free fruit in their room and a welcome gift.We had nothing. We asked for a room change to level 28 the next day which was gladly accommodated. Thank God!
Hotel Feature Tip:
A light refreshment area @ lobby with water, coffee, tea and cold flower tea drink awaits you. A pleasant touch.

stayed with my wife and 2 older kids in 2 separate rooms. its a family friendly hotel and really enjoyed the stay. remarkably clean, good breakfast, and very friendly staff. walking distance to most leading shopping malls. since it is located in a very busy area, getting a taxi back to the hotel is a nightmare as taxi drivers avoid coming to this area during busy hours. overall a lovely hotel and would come back again.
