Big rooms with great view

This is my 2nd stay here and it didn't disappoint me. Room is big and clean and comes with a mini kitchenette. Reception area is spacious with a resort feel. Bellboy and security staff are friendly. Easily accessible to platinum mall and panthip plaza. Breakfast is satisfactory and thumbs up for changing menu daily. Would be good to have some tea/coffee in room. Overall recommended

Good value hotel - small pool
Big spacious corner rooms with well-equipped kitchen

first impressions not real strong because tucked away off a busy soi and lobby is pretty small, but was given very nice corner room - big. location good for shopping shopping shopping. several english news & a few movie channels. staff real nice & always helfpul.
Travel tip:
Massage around the corner at half a dozen places for $200 Baht per hour (about $7 bucks)- get one before you fly back and after you arrive.

Everything is convenient and value for money.Hotel staff provide good service although their English is that well enough for 4star hotel. However will recommend others for staying at this hotel in future.

During the check-in the staff at the reception were rude and unfriendly. It seems to me that they prefer to have less customers, less customers = less work to be done for them. There are better hotels in Bangkok for that value. Most of the rooms need to be renovated, they are out-dated.

I loved this hotel/service apartment. The staff were excellent and the location was also very convenient for shopping at Pratunum and the markets with great massages across the road. The pool was nice and had a spa as well. Breakfast was extensive with areas to eat both inside and around the pool.

Check out the shopping malls near the market for more great bargains

the room was spacious! with sufficent lights and mirror and of course a unblock view of bangkok.the minute i lie on the bed i fell asleep fast enough and didnt want to wake up.prime location too,minutes walk to platinum mall and other night market most convenient was the 7-11 with a minute walking distance and so much more!!!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
never take the tuk tuk waiting outside cos they'll bring you to souvenir shop in return they hav petrol but if u've got time to spare it dosent harm to help but they'll keep coming back for you.

i have stayed at centre point probably 40-50 times, in the last few years. it is always comforting to come back to it, as if it were a home away from home. the breakfast is superb, as always.

Great family-friendly hotel at the heart of BKK

Once again I used this hotel for my stay in Bangkok. I was enroute home from a business travel in Laos. The Centrepoint Hotel did not disappoint me. It has very nice rooms. Extra attention is given to security and safety of guests. Your keycard doubles as access card needed to use/run the elevators. Transient guests or visiting friends are required to register with the front desk to be allowed in. Just outside the hotel are at least three massage parlors, all of which give decent to great massage.
The staff were very helpful and pleasing. I had difficulty accessing the wifi when I arrived. Immediately they send somebody to help me set up and configure my laptop to access the internet. Very helpful indeed. I will definitely come back to Centrepoint next time I visit Bangkok.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Try the nice and clean swimming pool near the restaurant!
